• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

FYI, the sway bar has been installed! I had the local shop do it while they were doing my 9.3k service. They charged an extra 2 hours for it, but I just didn't have the facilities do safely install it myself. -Fratz

They were really, really easy to install. All you have to do is take the mirror off the spyder, and drill one little hole. I bought them from TricLeD, http://www.tricledusa.com/#!product/prd1/3722213921/mirror-turn-signals -Fratz

    FOBO Gripe

I seem to remember reading when installing my FOBO's, that it uses location services as part of the polling of the sensors for emergency notifications. From the documentation: Location service is required to be enabled for the FOBO Bike App (FOBO Bikedoes not use the...

    Quick electrical disconnects

:agree: When I did a bunch of projects over the winter, I was sure to make sure that everything could be disconnected. Posilock's all all of the connections that didn't already have a connector (like the spade connectors on the back of my usb port) -Fratz

    1) Yes. 2) The rear bottom cover that goes across the back, and the left-side speaker pod. 3) I used the existing knock-out. It comes out easily once you have the cover off. 4) As long as you are careful, you can re-insert the knockout. I did drill a small hole in the speaker pod to run the...

    Ride-On for your Spyder

RT Stock seat backrest - Adjustable or not?

FYI, I received my Utopia backrest today, and have it installed already. I was a little concerned with installing it, as I'm not all that mechanically inclined, however it was really, really easy to install on my RT-S. I didn't have to remove the seat or anything, and it went on in about 45...

    Wiring

Well, you'll have to take off one mirror, heat deflector, and side panel for sure. My preference has been to take off the left side (as you're sitting on the Spyder) I'm not sure what else beyond that. -Fratz
