• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Touring gas mileage

I'll enter into the discussion in metric talk. Firstly, get rid of the analog gauges, they are all but useless. Saturday was the first time I have had the fuel light come on, and there was still somewhere between 5 and 6 litres left. I'm averaging 7.85 litres per 100K's, and was at about...

    Tire pressure

Once again, I'm sure that someone will correct me if I'm wrong. Ther is no outlet as such, the valve under the seat is for preload. The compressor only functions to adjust suspension when the Spyder is moving, kind of makes it hard to catch the valve as it's spinning around. :roflblack:

    Garmin 550 Installed

Well, my mount arrived today and I must admit I'm not that impressed either. The suggestion that we use 2 washers in the bottom slots so the centre lid will stay open, and I quote "Like I said, try the washer behind the slot using only the 2 bottom screws (more than enough)" sounds like a cop...

    More cosmetic issues

Just wanting to see if it's just me or if others are seeing this issue... Now, it's wierd as it's only happening on the left hand side. The black "screening" on the Can-Am logo on the chrome trim fitted to the oil tank cover is coming off in rather large peices, and the "Spyder RT-S" logo on...

Analogue temp and fuel gagues... disconnect

Not me.... aside from hating the analogue's to start with, the way my fuel gauge is it would be a waste of time... AND they are opposite sides to the digitals.
