• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Setting up my new Sena 50S headsets

I haven't actually tried it yet, but the Sena 50 series has the ability to pair to 3 bluetooth audio sources. 2 phones and a gps. Then with Sena's Audio Multitasking, it switches audio sources dynamically letting the GPS audio play over the music.

    Seat Belts

I remember a few years ago, someone posed (on another forum) that his state had a law that if your motorcycle had seat belts, you didn't have to wear a helmet. So he installed the seatbelts so he could ride without a helmet. The law didn't say you had to use the belts, just that you had to...

Setting up my new Sena 50S headsets

I've spent part of the day fiddling and learned something that I'm really happy about. With my phone paired bluetooth to the bike and headset paired to the bike, I can still say "hey google" and talk to the phone. I even took the phone into the house and closed the door, so it wasn't just...

This is my first time setting up and using bluetooth headsets. I've always had bikes with wired systems and built in intercom. For bike to bike we've always used CB radio. I got the dual 50S headset pack from amazon for $475 After a bit of experimenting I see several ways of setting the...

    Sena +Mesh reviews

We have a combo of Harley, Goldwing, Spyder, and other metric riders. Mostly 2 up riding. I think everyone is wired but I don't know for sure. This switch from CB to bluetooth is coming from those that don't have CB and feel left out on our rides. It's the Harley guys that are pushing for...

I'm about to add a fuse block. I have used the FZ1 switched fuse block on 4x4 vehicles and had great success so I'll probably use it here as well. https://www.fuzeblocks.com

    Sena +Mesh reviews

I just traded my 2001 goldwing in for a 2019 RT LT, so I have to switch from wired headsets and bike hosted intercom to Bluetooth and helmet to helmet intercom. It's also time to abandon the old CB radio for bike to bike. After talking to all my Harley riding buddies, we've decided to give...

    2019 RT-limited Key Chip

Does anyone know what chip is in the ignition key of the 2019 RT? Is it still the RT5 and the same keyway? I'd like to clone a hidey key for the bike. Is the zd23rt5 keyblank still compatible with the 2019 key? Every key thread I could find seems to end with the 2014 or 2015 models.
