• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Position 4 vs. Position 3 Brake Linkage

Hi all, I've ridden about 300 miles on my new F3L and it feels like I'd be more comfortable if the brake pedal was a couple of more inches forward. I'm 5'11 with a 31" in-seam. From what I've read, the stock brake linkage is a "3". It looks like I can get the Pos 4 on the CanAm site for $30...

OOPS! We forgot to connect the FM antenna!

I've had my new (as in 3 miles on the odom leaving the dealer) 2019 F3-L for 5 whole days. There's always little nagging things to get used to with any new ride. But the most troubling issue from the get go was the awful FM reception. Much worse than an old Radio Shack pocket transistor...

    is it just me

Thanks! It isn't just me being new to the Spyder world. Well, it probably is, in part. The switch itself seems to be in the wrong spot, unlike my other bikes. And it's small. I hit the horn yesterday at another bike (I was thinking center press turn signal to turn it off.)

Rever and AccuWeather on BRP Connect

Just starting to learn/play with BRP Connect on the F3-L. I got the apps loaded and the iPhone talking to the bike via USB. I started AccuWeather and saw only MinuteCast and a couple of other forecast choices. No radar map, which is what I would only need to see on the infotainment...

    About to Pull the Trigger.......

Hi everyone, New to this forum as a prospective buyer. I've seen the question I'm about to post here, on other MC forums that I've belonged to over the years. After you've seen the question a hundred times you roll your eyes a bit, but please bear with me. I'm looking at a low mileage 2018...

    Battery Tender Cable Installation

Not a common BMW definition. Although, my newest one was recalled almost immediately for a suspect battery, so maybe you have something there! Our owner clubs (and probably everyone else who has owned one) calls BMW: Break My Wallet. They are well engineered bikes with nice features, but...

    Battery Tender Cable Installation

Hi folks. New to this group and about to purchase a '19 F3 Limited. The first thing I do with all my motorcycles is to install the SAE cable for a Battery Tender. One of my bike models gets so upset when the battery gets disconnected that it has to go back to a dealer to have them reset the...
