• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

DIY laser alignment - correcting dealer foul up

Just curious. Why are the lasers in the Rolo system pictured in the post labeled “left & right?” Shouldn’t they project accurately regardless of which side they are on? To the front or rear?

rear air-ride bag and compressor gone - is protector still avail?

Myron, I used a VIAIR 97 compressor - sourced from Amazon for around $75. You will need to make a couple of additional adjustments to fit the compressor; 1 - you will need to remove the bolts and rotate the new compressor head 180 degrees. 2 - You will likely need longer mounting bolts for...

    Just another compressor issue

A faulty rear shock can cause this issue. Lack of proper dampening will allow the rear to bounce - thus triggering the system to add/remove air in short intervals. A quick and easy test is to stand on one of the passenger pegs and quickly step or jump off and observe whether the the rear rises...

New take on securing side panels.

Last fall on a trip from Pa. to Tennessee, we learned a hard lesson when I watched my Brother-in-law’s side panel go skipping across 3 lanes of traffic to it’s ultimate demise. We promptly pulled out the Gorilla tape and secured our remaining panels. Over the winter, I studied how best to...

Need advice on finding enclosed trailer for hauling 2 RTs.

The RTS’ are every bit of 9’ long. You need room to be able to secure the Spyders. I chose to purchase a 7 x 20 (plus 2’ V) Lightning all aluminum cargo trailer made by Forest River. I prefer the 7’ wide because the floor is lower and the ramp angle less steep when compared to a deck-over. No...

    upgrade

If you want to be able to stream via Bluetooth to the Spyder - say from your phone, you can connect a Bluetooth receiver to your Can Am supplied 30 pin cable. Then switch the input to AUX. Receivers can be purchased from Amazon or other outlets.

    Front Fenders have movement

There is enough flex in the front end to allow the fenders to rock forward a bit under hard braking. My 15 does the same thing.

    Air Compressor

Just installed the VIAIR compressor purchased from Amazon. Required moving the brake fluid reservoir a bit via spacers, but generally fit pretty well.
