• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

I ordered my Corbins Oct 16 while at Daytona. After the 3rd ship date of Jan 15 that didn't happen I emailed Corbin and received this Email. "Spoke to the fiberglass team. Paint shop had to redo something on your order. It was reprepped and getting ready for reshoot. should be monday-tuesday"...

    Big City Thunder Baffle

I found the sound to be somewhere in the middle, and low end and gas mileage much better.

    Kuhmo tire fit

The 255 tire is 1.18" wider and the sidewall of the 225 is only 1/4" from the belt now, this may be a limiting factor depending on the sidewall width.

Riding in the Everglades & Key West

It's a really nice ride going over the bridges. Be sure to stop at Robbie's in Islamorada at mile marker 77 to stretch your legs and feed the tarpon. The square grouper days are long gone.

    Big City Thunder Baffle

The sleeve doesn't have to be ground down too much. It would almost fit in the bypass except the welding on the spring retainers made some high spots on the inside of the bypass. An upright belt sander will work great on the sleeve.

Cat Bypass - I want this

The Baffle is made by Jim at "Big City Thunder" in Mathews, NC. Phone # 704-847-1222. The baffle part # is QBL 1750 and you will need a Rienhart adapter/sleeve to take up the difference between the baffle and slightly larger inside diameter of the bypass. This fits into the front of the bypass...

Cat Bypass - I want this

What he said! Works much better with the Big City Thunder baffle installed. The back pressure improved the torque and mileage also.

    Rear Rack

The MBL Innovations rack is a quality piece and should hold any amount of weight you want to put back there, the quick release is a nice feature also.

    Vibration.....

Yep, you will have to trim the tip of the plastic underpanel in place with a Dremel. I could have made the arm an inch longer and it would have cleared the plastic, but under full suspension compression with a passenger and the weak rear shock the pulley would or would be capable of...

    Big City Thunder Baffle

I did this also, made a big improvement. The exhaust tone is now somewhere in the middle between stock and with the bypass installed. Improved the low end torque also.

    New rear fender

Thanks everybody At least it's an aftermarket part! I did spend plenty of time in there sizing the fitment up as it wasn't going to be a cheap endeavor if it didn't fit as planned. They kept trying to sell me the V-Rod. I didn't have the heart to tell them I was only looking at the fender and it...

    New rear fender

Here are some pics of my new carbon fiber fender, hoping to keep my wife and myself a little dryer on wet roads after removing the stock one. It was for a Harley V-Rod Muscle and made by Bestem Carbon Fiber Products. Some careful trimming was involved.
