• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

More video - my view Silverton to Ouray, CO

I am not a hater and I agree, to each his own, I will ride with you anytime, just ride behind me so I don't have an uncomfortable feeling in my gut when you cross yellow. I just saw the Bill gets Bent video. That's the kind of crossing that scares the :cus: Out of me. Anyway not offense intended

    Pitbull Lift for Spyder

They are pricey, built very well and the platform is rock solid as advertised. Mine is foot powered. Slightly less expensive. I would do it again.

More video - my view Silverton to Ouray, CO

I loved that video. That is one of my favorite stretches of road. I am however concerned about something. I have been trying to get my wife, it is her spyder, to never cross a yellow line or even touch a yellow line. Granted she is a newbie with respect to throttle time. Nothing troubles me...

I always wear a helmet and often wear ear plugs when ryding. They seem to lessen fatigue on long mileage days.

Best Border Crossing from Michigan into Canada

Maybe our Canadian friends can clarify this. Used to be you could not cross the border with a functional CB radio. I don't know how they handle built in radios. Maybe they don't care any more

Our group is a mix of GWRRA, HOG, Spyders and Nomad. We group ride all the time and we love the attention the Spyders garner. Some one said they would ride with anyone , that it is not what you ride but that you ride. We try very hard to only ride with people who have taken some sort of MSF...

Anyone heard of putting a Slice of Potato in your pocket to stop chafing?

This stuff is the best but do not use it if you ride with LD comfort or other wicking underwear as it will clog up and demolish the wicking effects. By the way there are 2 types of anti monkey butt one for men and one for women, the ingredients are different

    acknowledging other oncoming bikers

    Group ryde signals

Find a local GWRRA group in your area and ask if they have any road captain instructors who could do a road captain or team riding course. Usually no charge if you can supply the space
