• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

That made me laugh....thank you! At least stroking up and down produces a positive outcome vs a receptacle that costs money down the line. Back at you:firstplace:

NGK made in Japan roller looking new after 25,000 miles is cheaply made? lol I had/have the BRP idler.....here is my findings. The BRP idler bearing is a made in Japan NGK very high quality roller and was in new condition at 25,000 miles. The spring on the arm broke sometime after 20,000...

    Portable Tire Inflator

? I should have since my bike has had ZERO issues compared to my failing Spyder. I'll repeat it again only cause you're thick. Since you didn't learn your lesson the first time just buy another complicated pump. Keep buying complicated gadgets.....and watch them fail. I test my small bike pump...

I like to keep things real. Every bike I have owned in the last 30+ years has had issues with my Harley Ultra being by far the worst. My Spyder F3s is coming in as 2nd place winner in lack of reliability. I'm not a salesman nor do I wish to be. If you buy a Spyder (or any bike) you should know...

Being blunt. Since you didn't learn your lesson the first time just buy another complicated pump. I'm sticking with a bicycle pump, CO2 cannisters and a tire repair kit. Complicated fails 100% of the time which is why I KISS everything. (Keep It Simple Stupid) My thoughts.

    Spyder wave

All my buddy's and their wives are Harley meatheads. They polish their "HOGs" daily. They dress fashionably in Harley attire.....constantly. They go "religiously" to every Harley dealership when we go RVing. Then I say...."lets go riding"......and all I hear are stupid meathead excuses why today...

You are very correct. Why the Spyder community is as friendly as it is is because we don't look down at other brands. The only "community" that looks down on others are Harley owners. All my friends have Harleys and the crap they spew is simply amazing and none ride more then 1,000 miles a year...

    Spyder wave

After owning an Ultra Classic FLHTCUI and being a member of HOG I'll bash those meatheads as often as I can. After HOG actually posted not to give an enthusiastic wave to other brands I'll badmouth those meatheads too. After all my Harley friends brag about how much they spend on Harleys yet...

I did a 6,000+ mile trip years ago that included the Black Hills and it was awesome. I agree with the ecstatic wave from Spyder owner and the constipated finger down I get from Harley meatheads. Harleys are the least ridden of the major brands as per Motorcycle Consumer News yet their owners...

I agree. I waited almost 6 months after my test ride. Can-Am was as new as seeing the F3s for the first time. I do not regret buying my F3s as this bike has caused me to ride a lot more. I'm getting my bike back either today or Monday and plan on riding through the winter till snow/ice says no...

I'm happy that everyone loves their mechanical failures. I also have that warm fuzzy feeling knowing that Can-Am is dead last in reliability as per both MCM & CR. I'm ecstatic that people think mechanical failure and reliability are the same thing. :roflblack: To think the "demographic" (code...

If it wasn't for those two failures I would have been having a blast on my Spyder. If it wasn't for those two failures I would be telling everyone they should consider buying a Spyder. Because of those two failures...………….

I do disagree Both Motorcycle Consumer News and Consumer Reports both have Can-Am & Harley Davidson has dead last in reliability (year after year!). This was even a topic of discussion on a previous thread. Everything depends on how much you ride, your riding style and how your machine is...

    160,000 mile report

I bought my F3s new last year and just went over 31,000 miles but NOT trouble free. Two front sprockets and one tow later my F3s still sits in the shop. I just spoke to my mechanic and it looks like another week till its back in my garage. Other then the two front sprocket failures my F3s is...

There are several threads associated with the notorious "sprocket failure". I could care less why the sprockets are failing. I just know that when they do fail you lose 100% of power in about 2 seconds. That makes it the equivalent of being sold MC tires that have a high incidence of going flat...

I bought my F3s new last year. So far I have 31,500 miles on it as I ride a lot. My front sprocket blew last year and had it replaced. A few days ago while on a ride it blew again requiring a tow. Currently my F3s sits at my dealer awaiting its return. Two epic failures in less then two...
