• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Yamaha comes at multiwheeling but its a bit bland

The latest Tremoto is a another custom built a Ducati Hyper for a customer who had lost a leg (well he knows where it went...) There was also a custom built by a car maker to be a draw card at their Sema on a Triumph speed triple platform. So there has been 6 individual bikes built now and...

Votes on whether the Lit C1 will work in 2014

Well they have improved but at 1 month to go before the end of the year they have failed to bring you a working prototype let alone delivery and are still talking about issues with cornering at 100mph etc. This really seems to be an exercise in futility in that a lot of genuine motorcyclists...

    Handicapped Spyder Ryders.....Roll call!

Steve how you consider yourself in life is entirely your concern as a person. What the world owes you in return for your sacrifice and the pain you have been through and continue to go through without anyone having a clue because its your own personal ordeal doesnt preclude you from having your...

Votes on whether the Lit C1 will work in 2014

Only MX guys jump off bikes dont they? I have even seen a racer "jump" off a bike, sure slide them but then I dont think your going to be any worse off sliding in the cocoon are you? Maybe some time but i would imagione most of the time say you had an enclosed or semi-enclosed bike as...

High Cost of Triking a Motorcycle

Oh I just took the, any trike, part of the comment to mean any tike true!! So I did mistake your intent my apologies. I hope the Spyder continues to improve its bike I wanted to build my leaning trike on one but no-one even in the Spyder community would take that on so having found the other...

High Cost of Triking a Motorcycle

You'll be watching the back-end of this every time you step up. The Spyder CANNOT engineering-wise keep up with this. Even if you turned off Nanny you would reach V-max and flip. :opps: Weve built 5 specials so far last over the last 3 years learning a lot. We hope to build 4 standards...

    Harley-Davidson Penster

Most definately the most accurate description to what I heard was the exact reason Harley did not produce the item. :2thumbs:

Learning to Ryde for First Timers.

The body, particularly when you have access to just the leverage of your upper body, pushes much easier than it pulls. By keeping your grip deliberately relaxed its impossible to pull the tun and can only push it and so feels a lot easier and more natural when you adopt the optimum seating...

    Elio

So they're at 6005 deposits so they have a massive $3002500? Thats not bad money if like me your starting up building kits for front ends of motorcycles but its the pox when you are trying to start producton of a full size car. In this I do have some years experience in both set-up of end - to...

Rumor control on the new 2014's

Thats a concern isn't this the product they started out on? I know they have dropped Seadoo from thei product range and I assumed due to the climbing popularity and upping production of more core products but they are later than usual with them? Hope it sorts itself out quick smart for owners.

Rumor control on the new 2014's

Yes weve discussed our common like for the CVT before out of the Maverick before. When they add that 4th wheel and we see it lean (they have the plans) I'll have a look at it but I'm hoping to have mine fully built for market within 6 so they would have to hurry.

Rumor control on the new 2014's

They should have gone with a CVT!! But then that would get rid of the need for those sexy paddle shifter and I wouldn't want to do that to anyone.

    3 Wheeled Vehicles

Wait til you have one of these then you can get up on the edge of your racks while turning. http://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/showthread.php?60319-Can-Am-have-defined-leaning-three-wheeler-components&p=719226#post719226 Wesll, who had pics of leaning bikes for years on the net, announced...

Can Am have defined leaning three wheeler components

More and more of the Can Am leaning 3 wheeler is coming to light and it is going to be predominantly in the Spyder mold. There was someone who posted a yellow Spyder with some of the front panels missing. That is the front of the Leaner, I cant find the picture to post it so I will have to post...

    Another leaning Trike

I wouldnt say that is exactly how it is working as at the moment it shows it as keeping the bike upright (although its all the right shape except the upper a-arm, joint point) where as it more acts as a compression spring between the two wheels (nothing to do with the frame) so when one wheel...
