• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Will the 1330 engine adjust based on gas octane changes?

Octane Curiosity - just run 87; add Octane booster; or is 91 OK? Howdy do, to all, Here in Arizona, the best we can get is 91 octane, AFAIK. So the questions: 1. Anyone ever run 87 octane? What do you notice? 2. Those who can't get 93 octane -- anyone ever use an octane booster? 3. Am I ok...

What's needed & how to move the Passenger Foot Pegs?

Howdy do to all, from sunny Phoenix, AZ. Teaching my wife to ride my big boy toy, my 2020 Spyder RT Limited. Getting her ready to solo with a bunch of ladies riding solo from Phoenix to Kanab, UT in September. So I am letting her drive, with me riding in back. I find my arthritic back protests...

Hate putting air in rear tire.....Hate it.

Fully agree with all of you: 1. Finding it is a PITA 2. Keeping the chuck on is more of a PITA For all the years I've owned bikes, I paint the position of each nipple on the tire and the rim with White Out [the dollar store]. A spot or a little stripe. I drive the bike until the white mark is...

What's your 2022 RTL getting for gas mileage?

Pedal Commander info is all over this Forum. ECU Stage 2 tune was by the former guy who owned it. It involves removing the ECU and sending it to WickIt. None of that would have ever been done by this 78 year old. That's for younger hands and backs. LOL.

After Fabrication details for a Prop rod for the seat. 2022 RT-L

I must be the cheap old fart of the Forum. I use a hunk of compressed air hose, length cut to fit, and it goes 'round the seat latch pin on one end, and into the seat latch cup on the other. Stores on the shelf under the seat. Couldn't cost $1.00.

What's your 2022 RTL getting for gas mileage?

My 2020 RTLtd, with cat delete, stage 2 WickIt ECU, Akropovic exhaust and Pedal Commander off, gets 35 mpg in Eco Mode.

Where can I get a new Key cut?

Right on. I fully doubt any old hardware store, or Walmart [groan!], would stock the chipped blanks. I did my spare at the dealer. $125 total. [I'm sure some others would scream at me, at this post.]:lecturef_smilie:

What's the Best Sounding Exhaust for my RTL?

My 2020 RTL has an Akropovic exhaust, mated to an RLS Cat Delete pipe. Low and rumbly, loud with more than 50% throttle thru the gears.

A small Safety Mod to our 2022 RTL with a big improvement!

Mine came today. Much needed little additions. Makes you think the test people are all 19, and slim, with no arthritis-riddled fingers (mine from guitar playing for over 45 years).

I just use the app via BT. No need to mount it or take it out of the cubby.

Need to remove grille to get behind the speaker - How?

Got her done. With a WickIt Stage 2 ECU tune, Akropovic exhaust, and RLS Cat Delete tube, this thing was an unruly monster. Fast as f#-#-ck, but neck snapping shifts. Turns out the former guy had the Power Commander set to Sport +4 !!!. I dialed it way back to Eco , and with the bike set to...

Need to remove grille to get behind the speaker - How?

Howdy do to all, The previous owner of my 2020 Spyder RT Ltd said there was a Pedal Commander stashed behind the right speaker (I know there are two grilles; he was not specific), and that I could remove the grill and then pair my phone (via their app) to it. I am at sea here. Any step-by-step...
