• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

WHY A RYKER (and what i thought of it after riding it)

Big Wheel I have to admit, I thought the same thing and kind of felt the same thing when i rode it! Maybe that's why i loved it so much!!

    Ryker Custmization

Pre Order Rob the Ryker will come to the dealer in only 3 versions, two to a crate. It will either be a 600, a 900 or a 900 rally. Every option will be installed by the dealer prior to sale. The website builder is a tool to allow you to see your individual bike, then give your dealer the...

WHY A RYKER (and what i thought of it after riding it)

Seat and Steering Seat: I found the seat to be very comfortable but I did not ride it any distance. Two points though. 1. The biggest challenge of distance riding comfort is managing the pressure points (mostly butt). Having the ability to easily move the hand/arm position and leg angle by...

WHY A RYKER (and what i thought of it after riding it)

Seat and Steering [Patti call me whatever you'd like just not late for dinner! The seat was really comfortable IMO. Not sure about it over a long ride but you never really can tell until you actually try a long ride on it and I have not. I think as a solo rider it would be pretty darn...

    This needs some Lamonster mods

Old [Yep, lol! Ol' Lamonster might be cool to this group but he's a fossil by their standards, lol. Nothing cool about any of us north of 50. QUOTE=Bob Denman;1391936] Are you calling him OLD?? "Cause he's three years younger than me... and I'm still nothing but a big kid at heart! :D

    This needs some Lamonster mods

Hipster God bless you Lamonster but even you are going to have to hire some young minds to come up with product for this bike. You too are a bit set in your ways and you/I/we aren't neccessarily capable of hitting the target. You think about floorboards, they think about virtual displays...

WHY A RYKER (and what i thought of it after riding it)

Ok, let me start off by saying that I 'd like to think I know a thing or two about riding and selling Spyders. To date, I have sold 783 new/used from my dealership and have put thousands and thousands of miles on them. All of them, GS's, ST's, F3's, etc... yadda yadda yadda. So, let me say...

    F3 Vibration

THOUGHT I made it clear that I was making no excuses for BRP (READ IT) but I guess, like with everything else in this country, if it doesn't agree with your assessment it is wrong.... Geesh... Come on Mark, I'm not saying you are wrong, so have the decency to respect someones else's opinion...

    F3 Vibration

The Vibration You can take these comments for what they are worth. I am a dealer, and I've put over 1,400 miles on my F3. I'll start off by saying all motorcycles, all engines, have a frequency vibration somewhere in their operating range. Triumph motorcycles, which share the same 3 cylinder...

    F3 Touring Escape Package

Options Packages priced out All of the "packages" (Touring Escape, Muscle Attitude and Urban Nights) are simply suggestions by BRP of appropriate accessories in order to attain a level of personalization of the F3. For your entertainment I have compiled the lists (with slight mod to the...

    my F3 ride

Its been years since I've ridden something I later had to have! I was very skeptical of the F3 going into the conference reveal. IMO the cruiser market is "soft" and certainly not very appealing to me. But this bike is so different in how it rides that it will really appeal to guys like me...

    my F3 ride

Yes, I am a dealer, but no, I pay my own bills so I can say what I think. The point I'm making with the F3 is it is the first Spyder that I've really, really fallen in love with in the 5 years I've been selling them. Its that good. You ride it with your legs rather than your arms. It almost...

    my F3 ride

I haven't posted to this forum in a long time. I'm a dealer, and i get to ride Spyders nearly every day. I truly appreciate each model for its strengths and weaknesses. If I had to choose one for my only Spyder to ride, it would probably be an ST. That said, I am more of a sport touring...
