• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

When mine says eco off, it is going into sport mode. There is a significant difference in performance while in sport mode.

First LONG ride 1770 miles from Thursday-Sunday.

Between the LED headlights, fenders and hand guard lights I am sure i was well seen from the front. Not too many passed me but i am not sure how it looked from there

First LONG ride 1770 miles from Thursday-Sunday.

I always stopped within 10 miles fore or aft of 150 miles. The most it took was 5.2, the least 4.7, so 30 mpg is dead accurate at what I consider pretty high speed. Rarely below 80 mph, consistently at 83 mph, touched 100 a few times, touched 65 a handful of times. Almost no low speed, except...

Cam Am admits their fuel gauge is crap!

What i have seen from my fuel gauge.... It shows nearly full for about 75 miles, then starts to gradually go down with the fuel load to about 110 miles. Afterward, to about 150-160 miles it rapidly declines (which likely matches the lower fuel tank shape). At between 150-160 miles it shows...

Rally Rear Fender - Owners Thoughts? Experience so far?

I have had no issues with the rally rear fender but I do prefer the looks of the other fender.

    Ryker No netural selection ?

There is no "neutral" when running, however, if you move the shift lever slightly back toward reverse when not running you can move it around more easily in your garage as it has a "false" neutral there

First LONG ride 1770 miles from Thursday-Sunday.

I started out at 7am on Thursday, left PA (29 degrees) and headed south. Stopped for the day at 570 miles in Sweetwater, TN. Got up Friday morning, headed south via a scenic route to Ft Benning, GA (270 miles, much warmer out!). Visited with my daughter and her Army friends on Friday and...

Rode the Ryker for the first time

I have to say it is EXACTLY for the twisties;. It handles like a slot car on a track. Much faster thru the tight stuff.

not that i can see, but a wisely placed plastic flat washer can make it almost disappear

    Handling: 900 ACE versus Rally

I have ridden them both and bought the Rally. Between the more adjustable rear shock, rear max mount, hand guards and RALLY mode it made sense for me to spend the extra bucks. i do like the regular Ryker rear fender better, and the wheels as well, but I love the ability to ride on the area...

Up And Down Movement Of Handlebars On Ryker 900

The play isn't in the handle bars, it is in the steering stem as it sits in the lower mount. It has to be there (tho maybe not as much) to allow for expansion/contraction of the metal to metal surfaces. The Spyders do not have this because the stem goes into the power steering unit.

Rolo Laser Alignment Tools for Ryker now available

This I can tell you with certainty, the Rykers are much easier to align than a Spyder. Why? Well, when aligning a Spyder you first "true" the back wheel of the bike to the front. A Spyder's rear wheel can be moved for and aft, as well as angled left/right, which is how you align and tension...

Looking for heated grips. Install issues

I installed Apollo heated grips on my Ryker. They were not easy to install, no heated grips are, but they work really well and are very subtle, with the heat controls built right into the left grip. Unless you are pretty mechanically inclined, I'd suggest you get some experienced help for the...

    Can Am Lighting Accessories

I have the handguard extensions and light kit. They make it more visible to opposing vehicles but do not add to its projection of light for riding.

    Ryker Accessory install videos

Mine is a bugger to take on and off. The issue seems to be the powercoat finish on both the support rack and seat bring the contact tolerance to near zero. I thin over time that the two pieces will wear each other in a bit
