• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Enjoy the Black Hills - plenty to do as many mentioned in their posts here. I would add to this comment that Iron Mountain Road (highway 16A) is a great ride as explained - do this route as stated and then go back towards Mt. Rushmore on Iron Mountain Road - you will see Mount Rushmore framed...

How do I clean INSIDE my window?

+1  Easy to do, use a cleaner on the towel (use a thin towel as it will go through easier. I don't clean that area every time, but I do get to it a few times a season!

    My first mod need advise

Here's some info and pics Good luck with your install. As earlier stated, you will need to get your Spyder high enough in order to get the OEM sway bar out and the new Bajaron sway bar in. I utilized a motorcycle jack to lift our 2014 RT Limited and then placed ramps (double ramps on front)...

+1....I purchased BajaRon EBC pads & installed in August 2015....easy install and great brakes.....again read instructions on how to break them in. As Mike said, be careful with the attached parts of the rear brake caliper especially the speed sensor (if you remove this, be sure to put the...

Flat Bed AluminumTrailer for Hauling a Spyder

A precaution so I don't catch my bumpskid on the rear gate ramp since my driveway is uneven. It pays to be careful when loading. .....good luck with your trailer purchase - there are a lot of good trailers out there.

Flat Bed AluminumTrailer for Hauling a Spyder

Pictures for you - loaded the RT today on the Droptail Trailer Yes, it will fit with the hitch on. However, the end gate does not remain vertical as it has several positions in can be locked in. It's at a slight angle backwards in the first hole from vertical. I just installed the hitch on...

Flat Bed AluminumTrailer for Hauling a Spyder

Excellent Question! That is an excellent question. We used our trailer a few times last year with our 2014 RTL without a hitch! We now have a hitch on the bike. I have not had it on the droptail with the hitch on the Spyder yet. I will have to check this out! Worst case is, remove the...

We did make it to Spyderfest but...

I feel your pain! We took 2 days back - normally about a 13 hour ride. Left Friday after the rain stopped and headed towards Minnesota via Interstates....did well up to Kansas City, then the north wind kicked in at about 15-20 mph, rain increased, and temperatures dropped! We ended up calling...

Although I missed out on BRP's recent promo, the dealer gave me a...

    Can-Am Spyder trailer

Thanks....Safety is key.... Within the last few years, I took the motorcycle safety course as it never hurts to brush up on some items.... BTW, we looked for both a used 622 Trailer and a new Freedom Trailer. Cruzr Joe's post was good to read to see the differences between the two trailer...I...

    Can-Am Spyder trailer

Valid points! They moved the front sidelights on the Freedom to the trailer tongue and incorporated the rear sidelights into the tail lights - maybe less obvious for people turning into you - good point....I think SpyderAnn mentioned that she did not like the side lights on the 622 as they...

    Can-Am Spyder trailer

Recently purchased a Freedom Trailer I had to look awhile, but found one within 200 miles from where we live. It was new (in the crate) 2015 Freedom Trailer. We picked it up about a month ago and used it on a 1200+ mile trip to/from Spyderfest. Worked great - nice to have the room on a long...
