• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Nankang AS1 Hi Merlot, I can get hold of these tyres in the size you stated, 165 65 15. Does changing from a 55 standard ratio to 65 make much difference.

    Front "yawn" tires.

I am looking for some front tyres for my RT here in the UK. The front runners as far as wet/dry performance, seem to me to be Duraturn Mozza 4S. The ads say this is an American made product, So has anyone any information to share. Thanks

Now I really wish that I could say that....

Rule breaker. JerryB. This clip breaks every rule laid down by the British CAA. As in the USA people like this are causing loads of proplems for all legitamate, safe model fliers.

    LED headlights.

Hammer. With my strong friend pulling the panel and duct out of the way, I managed to get the cover on but could not push the top catch on. A 3ft. length of broom handle allowed a hammer to persuade the top catch to lock, simple.

    LED headlights.

Success. Thanks to all for the replies. Dripping blood on the keyboard as I type this. I got a friend to pull the panel and duct far enough for me to get the cover back on, and then used a long piece of wood and a hammer to engage the catch at the top. I hope the LEDs last as long as advertised...

    Belt alignment HELP.

I have a 2016 RT Ltd with about 3000m. I intended to fit a Smoothspyder tensioner but on removing the side panels I found that although the belt was lined up on the rear pulley ie. a couple of mm from the flange, the belt was climbing up on the outer edge of the front pulley. I set about...

    Kumho tyres.

Tried to obtain some of the recommended Kumho front tyres for my Spyder RT here in the UK. The importers tell me that the Solus KH16 are no longer avaiable and that there is a new Solus HA31 replacement in the same sizes with different rubber compound and a directional tread pattern, not the...

    Portable compressor for rear tire

Tyre inflation. On the 1500 Goldwings there was a Schraeder valve and extension tube in the side box that you could use to pump up the tyres. It was tapped off the rear air suspension and you used the "UP" button to inflate you tyre. Is the air pump on the Spyder good enough to use the...

    Heated seat.

Just got a 2016 RT Limited, so I think this will be the first of many questions I will have for you guys. When i lift the seat, there is a harness of I think 4 wires that run from the seat pan into the foam of the seat at around the passengers left cheek area. Does this mean that I have a heated...
