• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    :ohyea: we're going to take a look at the Emerald Coast (Pensacola,Panama City,etc) for the first time, then Orlando and finally Treasure Island, near St Petersburgh where we will settle down for a while. Lots of nice rides ahead for someone coming from the Cold!

    You are right: they are Cobra floorboards that are welded to an HSS 1" by 1" bracket that I made and bolted to the peg mount and the front footrest, as you can see. On the 3rd picture what your see is the shape of the right bracket. I weigh 200 pounds, the system has been tested!! :2thumbs:

    The Spyder was hauled that way from Quebec to Virginia without any problems. The rear wheel is resting on a swivelling curved support which is inserted in the pick-up's hitch. The handles are firmly tied to the bike's frame and they are securely immobilized. :2thumbs:

    I me living in Quebec Canada . I have the same pattern ( T bar) for snowmobile but I have a rack in side the truck box and the ramps slide in side :2thumbs:
