• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Happened to my son in law..... ..... and the dealer replaced the catalytic converter under the "best" warranty. All is fine now. It was not the muffler. I was under the impression the loose baffle in the muffler was for the 990 or pre 2013 models !? ... as is my wife 2012RS. :dontknow:

parking brake 20114 RT rear brake caliper

It's not pushing cylinder back-in.... .... it needs to be screwed back in. The lever should have been pushed BACK, not forward. But no matter, just remove that lever, and screw that pin the lever is attached to. (scew clockwise). The piston will back in the bore.

10th Anniversary of the Spyder June 2,3,4th 2017

Re Tracfone.... ... Hi, I am "Quebecer", so I know a bit about the subject. Mind you, with a point of view from the other side of the fence. Your US cell should work fine, as long as your service provider has an agreement with the Canadian conterpart. I know for a fact that ATT does, since I had...

    Time for a belt idler?

Same here.... ...I have ther same vibration. You can change the RPM range by playing with the belt tension, but it remains "somewhere" in that area. I already boughtt my F3 tensioner frrom BRP, and as soon as the Spyder will come out of storage, I will try to adapt it like Doc Humprey did for...

    Well, I'm Selling My Spyder

May I suggest... ... you contact BRP care, and express your concern ? I am convinced they will act and see that, if they are authorised dealer, they get their act together, and get on par with the BRP minimum requirement. I once heard that they must have at least one "factory trained" mechanic...

    Well, I'm Selling My Spyder

I'm ready to bet..... ... that they are not even a certified service center..... most of the time, that type of shop are the ones creating problems by not knowing what they do. For example, that post a few days ago about a "dealer" that wanted to change everything because the belt was not...
