• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    CANNON BALL RIDE

Nice Not in Canada so can't be there. Sounds like a take off on an old movie "Cannonball Run." Great movie in its time.

NOVEL IDEA - FOR ALL WHO ASK QUESTIONS

Correct I'm fairly new to Spyderlovers and to Spyders so I read a lot of posts as a learning process and have asked a few questions. I always thank someone for a post or like a post when someone is nice enough to share their knowledge and thoughts. If it's my question I certainly owe them a...

Gooid Guys 1 Bad Guys 0

You can't fix stupid!!!!!!! Well, sometimes you can. If he tried to high jack my bike and I was there he would have needed to be faster than a speeding bullet! People need to understand that there are a lot of people with a license to carry.

    Fuel Filter Replacement

Fuel filter It seems like a little something to get the dealers extra work. Manual does say to change it at 19K but I think 30 is more reasonable.

    Fuel Filter Replacement

Is it really necessary to replace the fuel filter at 19K miles? I figure I must take off a lot of Tupperware to get to it on my 2013 RT Ltd to just do this. God forbid there is a way to get to it from under the seat unless there is something I don't know. I don't know that I've ever replaced...

    Shop Manual

Want to order a service and repair manual for my 2013 RT LTD. Search led me to 3 as follows: 1- CD from Amazon by TechSpark Studio $17.95; 2- Download from Can-AmSpyder Manuals.com$28.50; 3- Green Mountain Manual fro Midwest Manuals on Ebay $24.50. Any thoughts on which is better, etc would...

    TIRES ????????

Yikes I have had 3 cars with Yokohama tires and none of them lasted 10K miles. If I was buying a car and it had Yokohamas on they would have to change the tires for me to buy the cars. For that reason I wouldn't have them on anything but maybe you've had good luck.

    TIRES ????????

OEM TIRES Bought my RT used Memorial Day weekend 2015 with 9900 miles. They replaced the rear tire with the newer Kenda with the harder rubber. The fronts are original. I have put on 9000 miles since purchase. I've checked the rear with a tread depth gauge regularly. Not seeing a lot of...

    My MPG went up

Run it all the time with no problem. Talked with the lead mechanic at the dealership and he said us 87 and that anything else was just a waste. Ran some 91 fo a while to see if it helped the gas mileage but it didn't

Helmet FIRST Agree totally with buying the helmet first. Each brand is shaped a little different. Plan on walking around the store for at least a half hour to get the true feel.

    Oh oh, I need help.

Covered UP Fortunately I read this before taking the seat off to put a backrest on it. I covered it with black cut tape and didn't bother taking it off. Don't wee any reason it has to be open at all. That way I figure I'm always covered so if I have a Senior Moment I won't start something...

WHY IS GAS MILEAGE SO BAD, COULD IT BE HOT GAS?

Gas mileage Wow. What a great test, well thought out and the logic seems to tell us something. I bought a used 2013 RT LTD last May with 9925 miles on it. A month later I found out about the recall for possible heat and fire problems. Recall done and they put the air scoops on, extra...
