• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

:congrats: I like the looks of that one as well.

    On Two Wheels!!

Ah, um, yes, that does cause the nanny to kick in. :opps: It also throws DPS, ABS, Transmission, Check Engine, Limp Mode, and a few others notices I forgot about across the screen. :banghead: My memories are not so fond of that moment, but I did learn a valueable lesson. :roflblack: To be...

    Stopping the Engine

Sounds like you would fit right in with this group. Another is to turn the stereo on full blast as well.

    What an UPGRADE!!!!!!!!!!

Wow! :yikes: Just wow! I wonder how tall you need to be in order to see over the air intake?

    12000 miles

:congrats: I hope you continue to get many more miles of trouble free ryding out of it.

    2 wheels versus 3

:congrats: on putting the miles on your wing. I also feel this was a very fair comparison of 2 totally different machines. Unlike many who give a review, you have been in both worlds and took an objective look at things. I hope you continue to have many worry free, and safe, miles.

I think it needs a big mower deck underneath it!

    Stopping the Engine

We have a few jokers in a group I ride with at times who like to do things like hide sunglasses and keys, hit kill switches, and so on. You need to keep an eye on your things, take the key with you, and be sure you know how to operate your bike. You would be amazed how long it takes many of...

    stopped to help....

Thanks for stopping and helping them. That is the way things are supposed to be in the motorcycle world, fellow riders helping each other, but I am not sure what is changing with that lately.

    On Two Wheels!!

As you already found out you can definitely do it. There is a certain point where the yaw sensor will react to the height of the tilt and the nanny will kick in to try to drop that wheel back to the ground. You must also remember even though it may be a bit more difficult to flip a Spyder on...

    Shifting the SE5

As others have stated I normally don't upshift my GS SE5 until I hit the 6,000 RPM range and you don't even feel it shift. However, it now seems like you have a different kind of problem and will soon become another member of the 2 Spyder family.

    comfort seat

It made a huge difference for me. Stock seat I would actually begin feeling the plastic edges after a couple hours of ryding. With the Comfort Seat I have never had an issue even ryding 7 hours straight. I am very happy with it and have put many miles on it as well.

    New Member from Miami, FL - Owner of a 2013 RS-S / SM - What's crackin'?

I know Akropovic has one and I believe Two Brothers may have one ready for the 2013 now as well. Spyder1Attitude is kind of like the old Cherry Bomb pipes so it may also work with the 2013, you may want to check with him. As with everything, if you can be a little patient there will likely be...

    Is 'Nanny' overly sensitive or

If you pay attention to it then it can definitely help you get better performance out of your ryding style. First time pushing mine through The Dragon I had the rear wheel squealing and the nanny would constantly jay brake the engine to get traction back there. Next run I discovered a light...
