• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Polk Audio Speaker Replacement on the RT

I too have been disappointed with the Polk results but realize the issue was not the speakers, but the issue is there simply isn't enough juice (wattage) to push them. I am waiting and doing research into which amp can "fit" and have the goods to drive the Polks. Issue is there are so many...

Who's running HID's on their RT?

I got the same kits and when I went to install found that the recommended size for the fog lights bayonet fitting was off slightly. According to Inspector Gadget you may have to cut or nibble away slightly to make fit. This is a project I'll be doing in next few weeks before my ryde down to...

    Very frustrating weekend

Lamont, My 2010 RT-S did this same thing two weeks ago. I had ridden the bike on a Tuesday and rode well. Went out on Wednesday and would not start. Tried so many times that drained battery and had to put tender on. Left overnight to charge and started right up on Thursday...very strange as...

So Reggystan, What is your impression of the Falkens you have on your Spyder? I have them on my pick-up truck and a small sedan I own and love them. Any reports or news would be appreciated as I have a friends Spyder and mine to replace later this year. Thanks in advance for the...

Has anyone seen a Viper Red RT-S?

I would be afraid the red would attract my local constables...like my more "stealthy" timeless Black. :roflblack:l

    Spyder in the wind

I agree whole heartedly with Lamont. I had done everything to attempt in improving my RT-S ride; inflated tires, ran stock shocks at 5...nothing helped till I installed the Elkas and replaced the stock sway bar with the Evoluzione. Wow what a different machine. :firstplace:

Polk Audio Speaker Replacement on the RT

:agree: I too changed mine early on to the Polks as listed after much discussions with Sopher. I was also pleased somewhat with the change but found the fronts still lacking while the backs were dramatically changed. I feel Sopher is on the money with the thoughts of an amp...I feel that...

Hey Doc, Good report, I just put the Elkas on mt RT-S a month ago and have about 300 miles on them...completely changed the bikes ryde. BTW...what tires are you running these days as I will be in need my my friends and mine by summer. Thanks for the advice!!! :chat:

    Rear Elka installed on RT

Thanks Lamont, I installed the front Elkas two weeks ago and with the limited riding I can do now with the cold weather can already tell about a 998% inprove ryde difference in my RT-S. I appreciate your report and look forward to your reporting your additional "Ryde" findings as his rear unit...

Mine now does the same thing and have had changed out twice. BRP tells my dealer they've never seen this before. :roflblack: Also having issues with my Analog Temp guage resting about midway when turned off. When I first got RT-S, both sank to bottom like good guages should. :(

    The Corbin Experience

Surfer, Mine should be shipping out this week from Corbin. If I get early part of next week and our weather holds out here in Alabama , should be installed as soon as comes in. I will report back as to ease of install. From what I understand, not counting armrests (which I did not...

    The Corbin Experience

TicketBait, So how did the new saddle feel going home? Was it nicer than the stock seat (which I abhor)? Marissa, the Corbin rep I dealt with told me it will take approximately 2k miles to fully break in the new saddle. Mine comes in this week and I too went with the Tuck 'N' Roll stitching...

    HID lights

$1k list for factory HID's... :sour: too thick for me. I am converting mine (Head and fogs) over once it warms up for the HID kits you can get from an American Company on eBay. Each kit is roughly $36.00 per unit. Check out Inspector Gadgets past post of this issue. :2thumbs:

Questions and photos about Corbin Seats for RT

I sat on Lamonts at his cookout in September. I am 6'5" so I needed all of the "moving" back in the saddle I could get. I gave all of my measurements to the salesperson, Marissa and she took to their engineers and came back with the recommendations we used to order.
