• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Hand guards recommendation

Maybe look into the Outlander fairing if it suits you. You can kill a lot of birds with one stone if you like the style. Wind protection, hand, windshield, extra lights behind lower part of windshield, drink holders, place to mount your cell phone plus more. cueman

What Did You Do To Your RYKER Today?

Thanks for the translation. It sure would be nice to visit and ride there as it looks very scenic, but USA wants people to not go too much. Some day it would be nice. cueman

    BaJa Ron’s sway bar install

There is a company called Elka Suspension that some people have switched to and I believe they set them up for your specific needs. May be worth a call to the experts. cueman

    BaJa Ron’s sway bar install

Hi RICZ, mine is a Ryker Rally that has different suspension than the others, but if I had to guess I’d say about half an inch stiffer. Please remember that it corners better but rides stiffer, not as smooth in general. Maybe set yours a bit firmer and dial it in a little at a time. Good Luck...

    Motorcycle pants question

Good info folks! I have three sets of specialized riding gear not counting rain gear and I’ve found that Deluth clothing company sell many kinds of jeans that some have knee pads, some extra room for the boys, some that are quick drying and some they call Fire Hose pants. I have a few pair and I...

    BaJa Ron’s sway bar install

There’s a lot of good info on here. I have the Rally and my weight at the time was about 250lbs. From the factory setting I could just about bottom it out by sitting on it and bouncing on it. I cranked the front shocks up 2 1/2 bars each and it does corners very nice. Like already said, I...

Rally fuel pump fix done but still have questions?

I did not pay for anything and my Ryker was out of factory warranty. After explaining to BRP that I have been trying to get it fixed through my local dealership for such a long time to NO avail, BRP hooked me up to a top rated dealership that took care of the problem for me. IMHO, BRP is your...

Rally fuel pump fix done but still have questions?

I forgot to add that my fix was the fuel pump spacer that dealership installed. It solved the problem so far so good. Not sue if there will be a new fuel pump fix or not. Time will tell.

Rally fuel pump fix done but still have questions?

My local dealership was a nightmare for me, I’ll leave it at that. I called the BRP# in owners manual and filed for a case number. BRP was very helpful and provided me a very good dealership with a #

    BaJa Ron’s sway bar install

RICZ, you’re not only a smart man, but a kind man also! That’s what makes this a good forum. What I have done in the past for like problems is to put a bit of grease in the freezer and it will get a bit tacky to hold hard to get to washers in place. Plus, it’s pre greased when done! cueman

    Bushtec Trailer

Bushtec trailers are good quality with a super suspension system. On your used trailer be sure to clean and grease wheel bearings and make sure tires are pretty current with no cracking. cueman

    Should I lubricate grommet?

“The panels go in easy but they're hard to come off.” Hey ThreeWheels, you just got me to thinking. How about hand sanitizer? I just used it the other day on my hand grips! cueman

    Should I lubricate grommet?

With all due respect, I have been using a silicone lube product for years with no problems on rubber and plastic items with nairly a problem. Maybe a different product than others have used. It works for me and protects the said items from weather cracking. :chat: cueman

Anyone considered towing a Cargo Trailer with their Ryker?

So glad of your input on a Ryker pull behind trailer. I’m very familiar with the Unigo single wheel trailer as I have pulled with my Harley and BMW Adventure. I think maybe the Unigo hitch system is over kill as it is designed to lean with a motorcycle which is not needed on a Ryker IMHO. A...
