• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I think you would be happier with a 2014 or later RT with the 1330 engine and SE6. Lower RPM’s and less maintenance. The 2012’s also do not have the Brembo brakes while the 2014’s and later models do. Hopefully you can find a 2014 or later RT that is within your budget.

    It depends. Some riders report no vibration with their Spyders and do not use a belt dampener. But others swear by them. Me? I have a 2020 F3 Ltd that had a belt vibration at about 55 mph and the Lamonster belt dampener solved it.

    Just a hint. I pay $20 per year for an Amsoil membership and get a good discount on all their oil. I use Amsoil in my pickup, my wife’s car, and my Spyder. I get the oil filters for the truck and car from Amsoil too.

    I have a 2020 F3 Ltd and my top case light is on only when my key is on. If the key is off the light is off. Hope this helps.

    Have your dealer check the VIN number. They should be able to tell you if your sprocket is on the recall list.

    I was watching a video on changing oil on a '21 RT. The rider said to use a 45 Torx on the left side and a 40 Torx on the right side. I am currently on my third Spyder and the right-side plug has always been a 6-point Allen key. Was this guy mistaken?

    If you want some fog lights that are plug and play Lamonster Garage has a great set of fog lights. I believe Spyderpops does too.
