• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone using Rotella T-6 5w40 full synthetic - ‘22 RTL

I personally would not think it would be a problem, but in my case, I live outside of Death Valley and ride in a lot of extreme heat.

Anyone using Rotella T-6 5w40 full synthetic - ‘22 RTL

I've been using both the 5/40 and 15/40 T6 for some 20+ years, in my 99 24valve Cummins, vintage and newer Harleys, BMW cycles, Japanese bikes, and a half dozen classic cars and hot rods along with my current Spyder. All with great results. I was pointed in this direction by a buddy who is a...

Good idea, I can live with that, and maybe reinstall only if going on a big trip and is needed.

Show Chrome Trunk Rack After Thoughts.

Although was not really needed, I decided to purchase and instal myself the trunk rack on my 21 RTLT. Directions were easy to follow and installed without an issue. So I realize the added weight does not allow the lid to remain open on it's own, but what annoys me is the lid is now slightly...

    Looking for hand guard options

I had a pair of the original Hippo Hand like these, I remember them having some sort of metal frame work in them. Mine also required the mirrors being removed and back on thru a hole. I did sell them some 20 years ago as they no longer worked on the bikes I had. The new outfit is different, I...

Here is where I installed my fuze panel on my 21 RT. Very easy to access. I'm using one for my GPS, one for my battery tender and 2 for heated gear. Everything tucks under the seat when not in use. I like leaving my phone where it can be seen, ran short extension cables to the usb ports in the...

After advice installing battery tender cable to my seat area?

So I'm flying to Louisville next week to pick up a new used 2021 RT and ride it home to California via Houston. Heading south!! Weather is turning cold and decided it would be best to use my heated gear. Will need to hook up to the battery and run my wires in the parking lot of my hotel before I...

Any GPS mounts work with Lamonster handlebar risers?

So the GPS Can Am is currently offering is a Zumo 590, which is obsolete on the Garmin site. The Can Am mount will only work on a 590, not the new XT. Probably should reach out to Lamonster

Best seats - are Russell Day Long seats REALLY that good?

Bill Mayer was the original Day Long saddle owner, He sold the business some 20 years ago , there is now a third owner. I currently own 3 bikes with a Russell, with some 300 K on them. They work. Does Laam build a sprung seat?
