• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Almost-winter looks like this in Alabama

With Thanksgiving behind us and Christmas season looming, the temps suddenly dropped from the 70's to the high 20's in Alabama, presenting these scenes at The Treehouse (Outside vs inside)....both with their own beauty..........I wish everyone wellness and looking forward to each day with a grin...

+1 on Russell Day Long seat. I've had 5 on different bikes and my 2020 RT seat is on schedule to build Nov 28 by RDL. WHEN MY RDL SEAT ARRIVES, I'LL HAVE A SPARE OEM 2020 SPYDER RT SEAT TO LOAN ANYONE WHILE HAVING THEIR SEAT BUILT

2021 RT Base rear Air Shock Losing air -anyone else?

Late, but my 2020 RT base rear shock bladder was losing air. I tested with soapy water and found nothing. Finally replaced the schraeder valve itself and no more leaks.

Home at last. I felt like a sailor, home from the sea, but not quite ready for Robert Louis Stevenson’s poem, Requiem. Nicely said, and glad you made it home safely! I've checked total miles ridden per day and am in wonder how you ride 400+ days back-to-back-to back....I did that in July for...

Are these torque specs for rear axle, rotor, & calipers correct?

Good stuff ISO....removing the rear wheel on a Spyder RT is MUUUUCH more difficult than on my BMW RT! but once the learning curve is done, it's not so bad.

How's this for Battery Life on our 2014 Spyder RTL!

How would one know how long a battery lasts unless finding oneself suddenly unable to start the vehicle? Anything short of that means replacing the battery before it's completely dead, right? So, I reckon we're discussing how much of a gambler each of us are. Call me "too quick to pull the...

I'm keeping up with, and enjoying, your posts and want to tell you that you're an inspiration to me. I'm 80, and you make me think there are a few more years of keeping my "knees in the breeze". Oh, and I like your style of succinct, efficient writing. jb

Anyone removed the Rear Trunk on 2020 RTL & replaced with panel? Miss the storage?

@BangorBob: I understand your question to see what others feel about the trunk on/off, and it's always interesting to see how our fellow riders approach our sport. On my 2020 RT, I've had the trunk on/off several times and like the look and lost weight of the trunk when off. But I always put...

Anyone know how to add a strobe/flasher to RT Brake Lights?

Now, that's good information to have right there! Thanks. I, too, have the Slingmods brake flasher and like it.
