• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Just so that you know, that switch may or may not fit correctly. If it does not, then take the blank and cut it out so the switch will fit snugly into it, install the blank then install the switch into into the bike. Thats what I had to do with mine, but it is not like yours.

    This fiasco is very similar to the sprocket replacement and brake light switch recalls. It takes forever to get something done since covid.....maybe before also :dontknow: I didn't own one till 2020.

    Check the BBB for some info on Revolos. Hopefully you won't need either but myself I went with the Best from BRP. Not sure what your dealer quoted you but it can be purchased for around $700. Call Thomas Palmer at iMotorsports if your dealer wants more than that.

    Make sure that they check the linkage for the rear shock. There have been a lot of them left unattached.

    I wouldn't, but that's just me. You could use a 2x4 placed under both ears of the bracket though. Lift from the bracket and not the shock bolt. I lift from the frame.

    I agree on the color. Back when I was a fleet manager, all of our vehicles had to be white per the owner. I've seen enough white to last a lifetime. Besides, saving 5 grand is always a good thing!

    I bet that if you removed the front tires/wheels from the unit and took them to the tire shop along with the replacements, that they would do it, no questions asked. It's when they see or hear the word motorcycle that they become wary of the task.
