• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Does the rt have a low fuel light? Gased up as the needle was almost on E but it took less than 5 gal. I think it's a 6.6 gal tank....can't find the info in the manual.

    Watching a you tube video re custom side replacement grills....looked at the machine and the sides are different ..left side has black grill and bottom is solid panel...right side is open..top and bottom....is this correct...have changes been made over model years ?

    BRP HQ got me registered as owner....impressive they monitor the site and offer such assistance...don't remember that happening with any of my previous H-Ds..... The gentleman I purchased this unit from, NeilKetnerMotors.com, Winston -Salem NC, just let me know the unit was at the dealer...

    Not a fix you will find in the manual....but I wedged a piece of rolled up paper towel into the bracket to depress the switch .....it works:yikes:

    the video was spot on....switch worked as shown and found the light....now the issue is how to bend/adjust the switch so contact is made and it functions as intended.

    the dealer tag which was in the trunk indicates that the rt-s has a light in the front storage area and a switch on the dash to open the front storage when the machine is one...I do have the switch but it doesn't seem to do anything and I see no light.....?

    So, I have read about the recall....but what was done.....how does one tell if it was done? I ask as I just picked up a 13 RT-S with 208 miles.....no idea about its history....I have read that it affected all 13's but ran the vin on the gov't site and it came up negative....info pls.
