• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Battery replacement

I must have jump started 15+ vehicles including motorcycles with the engine running from the good battery source. Never a problem.. The only thing I am certain about is once a battery is discharged & recharged, it will fail again in the near future--usually raining at midnight in an airport...

    Another wheel fell off...

I wouldn't have believed it if I didn't see the photo--millions of cars & bikes on the road--how hard could it be to secure wheel lug nuts. I could easily see a lawsuit if someone gets injured. Was the loose lug nuts caused by a dealer service ???

    replace drive belt or not??

Replace the belt---you have nothing to gain by riding until it breaks. Sooner or later--things always break in bad geographic locations. Darrell

I had approx 3000 miles on Mobile 1 4T synthetic motorcycle oil, initial take off was jerky--trans clutch would slip up to 1500+ RPM & then launch. Reminded me of the stall speed torque converter. Everything was ok after wheels were moving. Just 1st gear--couldn't feather it down to launch...

    Riding the Blue Ridge Parkway

Five (5) hours is a very long test ride on any vehicle that you are not familiar with. Occasionally my right hand & wrist go numb from holding the throttle handle too tight. I'd say you definitely qualified to purchase one. I have a 2015 F3's set up with a stiffer suspension, the larger...

Unbelievable the different results from the similar setup....... Also on the fumes--something may be wrong or a extremely sensitive nose. I never smelled any difference while idling & above 20 mph the Spyder would be out of range before the exhaust emitted. Maybe my nose has gone the...
