• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Looking for 'increased load' shock suggestions - 2023 F3-S

I searched and read a ton of threads regarding replacing shocks. Most threads I found are based around racing, riding through twisty roads, and even some scary info about shocks that have failed as well as arguments made by some regarding how some company's products raise ride height and how...

OEM external amplifier on Spyder - where is it and how does it mount?

If only that were true. The 2023 F3-S and RT share the same instrument cluster, so I doubt the amp resides in that. I believe that the cluster is likely set up mechanically or perhaps via programming to access specific features of the higher end models such as radio, equalizer and other...

Will using the Position #3 brake rod in Position #4 lower the brake pedal?

Quick update- I tried to call Lamonster 3 times today but they don't answer. They still have their "we will be closed until January 2nd" voice mail responding.

2023 Spyder F3s - Any value in Pairing Helmet and iPhone to Bike?

I have the same year F3-S and my experience was that having the headset/helmet paired to my phone (Samsung Note20 Ultra - Android) and my phone paired to the Spyder resulted in issues. I could not get any sound to my headset until I paired it to the Spyder and unpaired it from my phone. BRP...

Lift Jacks Revisited - what's a viable lift jack to SAFELY raise a Spyder?

I hear you loud and clear. My first purchase from amazon for working on the Spyder: :p https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00076SPZO?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1

Anyone installed this Motorcycle Car Play Unit or similar on 2020+ RT or F3?

Not so simple. The BRP GO! functionality and connection are goofy and cannot hold a candle to apps such as Google Maps, Waze, SiriusXM, Padora etc. In fact you are limited to a select few apps and they are rather lame. The only one I might use is the "Dash Radio". Also, BRP GO! only works...

Cooling Fans blowing air forwards when stopped - I never knew....

You could be burning oil with no leak... just sayin' ;) I'll have to check this as well. I'm not sure of the cooling fan locations on current RT models, but the current F3-S has them facing out to the side, so reversing them would mean having push air back out the front grill. I can't image...

    No Competition for Can Am

I agree 100%, but the issue is somewhat complicated. For 2024 Can-Am had a large price increase, minimal changes/partial changes for 2024 that for me was not a high enough value add to preorder or choose over a 2023 model on sale. My reasons: Only one color option for F3-S (down from 2) The...

Lift Jacks Revisited - what's a viable lift jack to SAFELY raise a Spyder?

Firstly, I searched and read a lot of posts, but most are years old, out dated with links, models no longer being made and pricing information that is just not viable in 2024. So in 2024 (or 2023 ;) ) what's a viable lift jack to SAFELY raise and support the Spyder F3 that is cost effective...

OEM external amplifier on Spyder - where is it and how does it mount?

For those with a Spyder that has a Factory Amplifier for the radio and speakers, where does this mount? I am curious about the mounting location and what bracketry is involved. I'm looking at mounting some accessories but would like to mount them in a suitable location and perhaps an OEM bracket...

Trying to connect Android phone to Spyder via Bluetooth (2023 F3-S) - Any ideas??

I feel dumb asking, but I am stumpted on this. :( Let me start off which what I want to do: I want to connect my Android phone to the USB connector that for some odd reason located in the frunk - but I don't want it to be a wired connection so I can keep my phone in my riding jacket. I know...

What settings are lost when the battery is disconnected - '23 F3-S?

Just adding some closure to this thread as I have found the answer out. After speaking with the Service Manager at the dealer (was there to pick up parts for my upgrades and mods) he confirmed that the only thing he remembers that got lost was the clock. So I went ahead and disconnected...

Anyone know what these F3 Wheels are called or BRP Part Number is?

I have those rims in my 2023 F3-S. I found the part number in the Parts manual: Ref: 70b (Image number) Part number: 706204443 Description: Deep Black, 15" Rim Ref: 80b (image number) Part number: 706204443 Description: Deep Black, 15" Rim The description appears to be a generic, as the...

    Electric Spyder next?

Why not? Usually with electric comes gobs of torque and many cool gadgets. The only downside side would be range if you do long trips. In a few years, I'd consider it...

What Kind of Rider are you?

I'll go next, I'm what most would call a fair weather rider. Ohio weather is all over the place with 4 distinct seasons that can vary in length and severity from year to year. I will not ride in rain because of safety and cleaning the bike is a :cus: I will not ride in temps below 55F...

Anyone know where to get Blue Ridge Mounting parts?

I can't speak for the 2015 Can-Am Kits, but for the 2023 Blue Ridge kits for F3-S, Can-Am does not seem to sell the mounting brackets or the windshield outside of the entire assembly. ebay or some other market place may be your only recourse. Below is the part list and image in case they...

    Can-Am Service Manual - '23 F3-S Not super inclusive.

Volume is controlled via the joystick. Up presses increase the volume and down presses decrease the volume. Crazy they couldn't activate the rocker switch that is literally there and labeled! :dontknow: I really appreciate your input BertRemington. This may be year specific, but when you...

Don't Be Fooled! Looking at you DOES NOT mean they SEE you!

I ride with the mentality that everyone is out to run me over. This is why I always wear full gear, from my helmet to proper riding boots and a jacket with armor as well as proper gloves - even in the heat of summer. I also choose gear colors that are "loud", such as high-vis yellow on my...

    Can-Am Service Manual - '23 F3-S Not super inclusive.

I think we are still not quite talking apples to apples, but: 1. Yes, the F3-S has the LH Rocker Switch for volume the same as the F3-T, F3-LIMITED and RT on the LHS but it does not have the keypad like audio controls as found on found on the F3-T and above located on the tank. 2. Yes, it...
