• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Ryker turning left Issues

Yes, I run my tires in that range, and I've had the left signal stay on at least twice. The shop guys knew it had nothing to do with the tire, but the Can Am rep asked for the details. The Ventus V2 is right at the wear indicators and I've got a near new factory rear in the garage so I'll mount...

    Ryker turning left Issues

Thank you DickB, I didn't ask any questions when they reset the sensors on Friday, but I'll call Tuesday and see what I can find out. My left turn signal has failed to cancel at least twice. Thanks again. Sarah

    Ryker turning left Issues

Picked up the bike yesterday. Long story short, per Can Am Headquarters all bets are off as long as I'm running a car tire on the rear. Nathan (service manager) said he didn't volunteer the information, Can Am asked specifically. Nathan said the rep told him the bike must be wearing the...

Doug's dad required surgery and a long hospital stay, so we've been running behind. Dropped the bike off at the dealership day before yesterday. We'll see how it goes. Sarah

    Ryker turning left Issues

OK, The Can-Am rep gave me a customer service case number and offered help finding a dealer in case I wasn't aware of the options in my area. Once the bike is at the dealer I'm to ask the service tech to contact Can Am Technical Department first thing. I have an appointment with CC Powersports...

    Ryker turning left Issues

Thanks, you two. So the old part number is listed for my 2022, and 709402919 is listed for the '23 and '24 bikes. Hopefully it's an upgraded bushing. My bike has never thrown a code. If you were in my shoes would you buy the bushing and change it yourself, or go to the dealer with the sad...

MY '21/'22 Production Ryker Fuel pump recall; + some '19-'24 replacements!

Thanks DickB. I wonder if they've had time to determine the affected bikes. I checked the NTHSA site and mine wasn't listed. Sarah

Anyone modified their Ryker Front fenders for better ground clearance?

That looks just fine, good job! Let us know how it works. You could always extend it with a rubber mud flap if you need a bit more coverage. Sarah

Discussing Throttle-by-wire, throttle response, and Pedal Commander 'improvements'

Thank you all for the suggestions on the throttle grip solutions, from the simplest to more involved. I'll study a bit more before I do anything. But I'm with Blueknight, the spring is just too stiff for a comfortable grip. I'll let you know what I find if I decide to take a peek inside the...

Discussing Throttle-by-wire, throttle response, and Pedal Commander 'improvements'

Thank you for taking the time to share that with us, DickB. Have you happened to take a peek inside the housing at the grip? I am wondering if there's a way to weaken the throttle spring just a bit. Sarah
