• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Stickers or Wraps to cover Existing Paint - any Custom or Templates?? Other ideas?

The film used makes a big difference. 3M2080 series is made for wrapping difficult contours. If you do a quick search, there are sites such as RVinyl that will sell this by the foot. Go slow and use a heat gun to stretch or shrink to fit your contours... it may take you a few tries to get it...

Will a 2024 Sea to Sky let me navigate via my Samsung phone?

I also have a '22 RTL and looked into going to a '24 for the new features - ended very quickly with the $15,700 trade-in offer on a bike with under 2k on it. Upgraded screen would be nice, but certainly not $15,000 worth of nice! Should have led with this, both my bikes have Garmin GPS, much...

Another close call! I need more reflective striping!

It is 3M680CR film. I do many emergency vehicle graphics, so I have a lot of reflective film on hand. Any local sign shop may have it and sell you a couple of feet. Make sure it is the CR-C that is conformable & is removable. Standard 5100 or 5800 does like to hold the curves and leaves very...

Another close call! I need more reflective striping!

5-hour ride, only 1 idiot not paying attention and taking right turn in an intersection as I am passing through today, but it was at dusk and I worked the Brembos pretty hard to avoid her! I decided I need to add more reflective striping to the side of the bike to help out with visibility...

My F3 Passenger seat DIY solution to broken DS retainer tab

Once I installed the driver's backrest on my F3T, the DS of the passenger seat kept disengaging even after placing 3/8” spacer behind the mounting bracket. Turns out the small retainer tab on DS of the seat pan had snapped off. Not for nothing, but really, what a poor design. After a few...

    Best vs Revolos Extended Warranty?

Unless your dealer will guarantee the revolos warranty for the full term and IN WRITING accept the terms of co-pay for the full length of the contract, regardless of if the vendor ceases operation, then you would be in much better shape calling Thomas and purchasing the BRP warranty. BRP is not...

2024 RTL display and other items failed

Not much help for all who already have bought the '24’s, but for those who are still looking to purchase, ask your dealer about buying the lifetime battery warranty. I said no on my '23 F3T and they right away cut the price in half to $149.00, which made it a no brainer for me, figuring 3...

Looking to pull the trigger on F3T but have questions

I have a 22 RTL and a 23 F3T. For your suspension concerns, the RTL will adjust automatically based on weight with the onboard compressor, the F3T is a manual air adjust. Two totally different rides, I have the RTL for 2 up with my better half and the F3 for my go-fast solo rides; and so my kids...

2024 RT Ltd display shuts off - back to dealer!

I would have been thrilled to see reviews stating "BRP releases major electronic upgrade across their on-road models that works flawlessly" - unfortunately, not how it worked out. I debated going to a '24 model for my F3, but decided that known issues were a lesser challenge than the unknown and...

Lift Jacks Revisited - what's a viable lift jack to SAFELY raise a Spyder?

I also have big blue. Yep it is higher cost, but bought mounts for both my RTL and F3T and it is rock solid! My only concern is safety when under my bikes…can’t tell my kids I saved $500 buying a jack when they are looking at me in the funeral home…just sayin

Any way of Removing some 3M mounting tape without scratching the tupperware?

You don't say if it is foam based or clear VHB adhesive. Using a heat gun or hair dryer will help to release the adhesive bond on either. With the clear if you can get under a corner and pull (stretch) at a low angle while applying heat it should remove rather easily. The foam is tougher as it...

Has anyone used the Fischer ATV lift for a Spyder

The lift is through Harbor Freight. Width seems fine for front of my RT but only lists 750 lifting capacity. Own a craftsman ATV lift that works just fine, but having to set jackstands every time is getting old if this would get bike up with a wheel chock on back. Any reviews greatly appreciated!

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Doing O/C on daughters car today found signs chipmunks are back next to her coil packs, sons car had same acorn debris under coil cover…off to HW store for rodent repellant & mothballs. Added a few more mothball containers next to wheels and ended up with a sonic unit also to put next to spyder...

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Finally admitted I’m too old to ride in the cold weather when I wash my truck and ice is on it before I dry it. Covered exhaust, put the foam pads under wheels, hooked up tender and put cover over until spring.

Anyone tried an RLS a/mkt exhaust on a 2020+ RT Ltd?

RLS exhaust for RT Limited Anyone with any experience with this exhaust? Not looking to wake up the neighbors but just a little deeper sound from the bike and hopefully a little increase in throttle response with increased flow. Got 2 brothers on my off road 750 v twin, but it is way too loud...
