• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2025 Improved Sea to Sky Tires, how are they?

Some rims are not created equal. I have one PPA wheel that always requires a bit more weights no matter the tires.

When is the Price of gas going to stop rising?

Our gas prices shouldn't have never gone up. Don't we have friends in Venezuela :)

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Had my second set of Accelera Iota 165/55R15 tires installed on my OEM rims. Now up to date with new tires on my OEM/PPA wheels :) Still a great deal here. $12/pair less than I paid for them last November...

What did you pay for your 9,000 mile service?

Direct from the 2025 owners manual: Spark plugs Replace Every 5 years or 45 000 km(28,000 mi). No earlier inspection is listed. If a dealer is tearing the byke down to inspect spark plugs at 9k miles, they're ripping off customers :( As noted, spark plugs are lasting a long time.

87 Octane seems to work just fine

Chris, Didn't you get a Monster stage 1 flash? If so, what does Monster say about that? On my past 2019 F3S and current 2022 RT S2S, I have custom tunes made with Dyno Jet Power Vision devices. These maps require the use of 91 octane. This device also allows me the option of flashing in the BRP...

Has anyone installed a Garmin XT2 and Touratech Lock with Helibars? Any pics? Will it fit?

That's fine, but the OP specifically asked about the mounting of the XT(2) with a Touratech locking mount. I did also tell him that it fits using another type lock. Ps: I also use that Lamonster mount, but it works much nicer with this RAM ball plate...

Took out the Spyder for its 2026 season inaugural ride. Only 35 miles, but it felt good :)

Your Weather News @ March Edition 2026

Yup... Here too in Southern WI. One picture shows a picture I took on Monday, the 16th. It was just before the conclusion of a 10" snowstorm. The other picture is of this morning. The temp today is supposed to be 70°. Melting snow still makes some roads too wet for me to take out the Spyder. I...

First Ride of the 2026 Season

I hear you. Monday was sunny and 70° here in Southern WI. I looked at the Spyder and thought about it. It was under cover and on moving dollies. Riding would require uncovering, lifting off the dollies, and checking tire pressures. I also knew that starting yesterday, temps would drop and snow...

Anyone purchased a helmet from Europe?

DOT helmet rules are comical. I was a WI state trooper for 25 years and never ever checked a riders helmet for DOT certification. Why? 1.) The US DOT does not even test helmets for safety. They have their standards and it's a On Your Honor system for manufactures to claim that their helmets meet...
