• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Got done with all the mowing and yard work today (first cut of the year). Wife said let's go for a ride, so I said, 'Sure'. We have a road we like to take when we just want to go for an hour or so. This pic is of Granite Mountain, just on the southern edge of ranch land.

Does anyone own both a Spyder and Tri-Glide???

I had a 2016 TriGlide for 4 years. Sold it, and bought a Spyder F3 Limited. Would not go back. The Triglide (in 2016) was extremely under--powered. The steering was terrible on my bad shoulders, while the power steering on the Spyder solved that issue. I did like all the storage on the...

Will Using 87 Octane impact performance?

We live in north central AZ. Almost all of our trips involve mountain roads and hot dusty Rez riding to go anywhere. I ran 91 or 93 octane when we first got our Spyder After a while I tried 87 octane and could not tell any difference. So I always use 87 if available. Most of our riding is...

A 4,000 mile Spyder ride tale in segments

I do 1-2 trips a year with a group of friends (other trips are with the wife). We know where we are stopping for the night so everyone gets to ride at their own pace. I am more of a sightseer, while a couple of the guys like more of an adrenaline rush. This has only caused a problem once in...

    My Retirement Ride

I finally decided to retire in 2018 after 34 years with my company (construction software). I gave them over a year to find a suitable replacement, which they pissed away and ended up scrambling and making a hurried decision (which was not a good decision at that). Anyway, back to the trip. A...

Hands going numb some... Ideas why? Any fixes?

adaptive cruise is one of the greatest features on the newer cars. I use it all the time. On our Subaru it uses the brakes. If you want it to it will even bring you to a complete stop if the car in front of you stops.

What did you do to your Spyder today?

Was actually last Saturday, but I took the Spyder out for a test ride. Not to test the Spyder, but to test my shoulder, which was replaced in December. Only a short ride, but all went well. Now to wait for a nice day to take a little longer ride for a more thorough test.

    First ride for a while

Well I went for a short ride today. Little over 3 months since my last shoulder replacement. Probably could have gone a little sooner, but the weather didn't actually cooperate nicely. Didn't go far, maybe 25 miles. Wanted to just test out the shoulder. Hardest part of the ride was getting...
