• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Anyone done a Cat Delete leaving stock muffler on?

I had no driveability issues on the stock tune, but you won't pick up any power without a custom tune to take advantage of the reduction in backpressure.

Lidlock Handlebar Helmet Locks are available for 2025 F3 & RT's with the newer style handlebars

I can make whatever end caps I need, if I could just buy the LidLox. I see lots of clones on eBay. I might pick up a pair there.

Lidlock Handlebar Helmet Locks are available for 2025 F3 & RT's with the newer style handlebars

I don't see the locks available alone. I don't want different end caps. Also, looks like lidlox.com site is down. Some say they're out of business. 😢

New Spyder Sea to Sky and Trailering - will I be able to tie my Spyder down properly?

You should invest in an entire storm-trooper suit to ride that. ;)😂

Smoke from the Canadian Wildfires reaching Wisconsin - anyone/anywhere else in the lower 48?

Here in Central VA we had noticeable smoke on Friday. I could even smell it when I walked outside. Saturday was better, but still a bit hazy mid-day.

New Spyder Sea to Sky and Trailering - will I be able to tie my Spyder down properly?

https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0CJV73WTQ?ref_=ppx_hzsearch_conn_dt_b_fed_asin_title_1&th=1 These are what I bought. I also bought some stainless 10mm threaded rod and fender washers, so I can run that through the rear axle, and use an eye nut on each end to tie down the rear...

New Spyder Sea to Sky and Trailering - will I be able to tie my Spyder down properly?

Straps on the front control arms and through the rear wheel are a good method. With a short trailer like this, where the rear strap will basically be going straight out to the sides, an additional strap from each front control arm going backwards to a tie point will prevent the Spyder from...

I found an LED Plate Light Replacement for my 2020 F3!

What's the issue with Loctite? My original lens fell off, so I replaced the whole unit with an LED unit from Amazon. The lens is identical, and I used a drop of Loctite 222 on the screw. No problems so far.

My Uncle was hurt in this 2026 RTL Crash!

Prayers for your uncle. 🙏 🙏🙏 Thank God it wasn't worse, and I hope he heals fast. Glad to hear someone chased down the culprit. I witnessed a crash a few years back in MD. The at fault driver took off, and I chased them several miles, while calling 911 and reporting their location and...

    Random thought for the day

When I'm overseas, particularly in Asia, I carry one of those cross-body bags. I travel to the Philippines regularly, and, public restrooms don't even have toilet paper. I always carry tissues and wet wipes in the bag, and it's a good spot for any small items I pick up in the shops, without...

Is there a deflector to deflect heat from the engine away from the legs - F3-S

The F3 already blows the heat out to the sides, instead of back towards the rider like the other models. The only time I notice much heat is when first starting out after sitting still for a while. If the fans are on, I feel the heat for a few seconds, but once up to speed the ambient air...

How noticeable is the Engine heat: F3 vs RT?

They're very different. You ride a Spyder, you drive a Slingshot. We rented a Slingshot while we were in Vegas last year. Took a cruise out into the desert, and yes, that thing nearly cooked us compared to my F3S. As far as heat on my Spyder, the F3 isn't too bad with the side-facing...

Unexplained drained battery - anyone else? Any help/ideas?

Welcome to the site ChinaDoll. Lots of help on this Spyderlovers. Your short trips are likely not long enough to keep the battery fully charged. I highly recommend the Battery Minder, as it both keeps the battery charged, and provides a desulphating function that prevents, and can even repair a...

My Cruise control won't allow me to accelerate just by twisting the throttle - Is this normal?

As Peter said, twist the throttle far enough to get past it's current position on cruise and it should accelerate.

Anybody using an aluminum frame enclosed trailer to tow their Spyder?

Mine is a 8.5x28' InTech ICON, but I tow more than just the Spyder in it. InTech makes a full line of Aluminum trailers, and they're one of the best out there. They ain't cheap, though.
