• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    My friend has his backrest just in the slot without the lock installed, don't seem to have an issue with it, stays in just fine!

    I found that with my trailer I had to screw a 2x8 down on the ramp to hit the rear tire and raise the bike up enough to make that low hanging assembly pass by the pivot point of the ramp! Why they had to hang it down so low is beyond me, but it is an issue we have to remember with these new...

    Depending on if you have a spring compressor, you may want an extra set of hands if you don't! With the compressor, it's a piece of cake, no worries; without, you need to push down hard, and have someone there to take the spring retainers off the top, it's really a three handed job! ;) Good Luck!!!

    Unless you have a way to compress the spring, that would be the easiest way. But if you have a auto parts store around that lend out tools, maybe they would have a compressor tool that would fit the spring, and you would be able to do the whole job yourself. It's REALLY not that hard!
