• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

ISCI Hand Brake- you guys are going to love this

I met Jeff and Billy (ISCI) today at the dealer demo ride. They had a bike there with the running boards, Helibars setup, and a variation of the hand brake set. I thought the boards were really comfortable. The Helibar setup was better than I thought it would be also. Pictures don't do it...

How about some good Spyder news

I get asked why I would sell my softail, and buy a Spyder. To bring back enjoyment into riding. Simple. It's fun. To own a Spyder, you need to have "jetson" style outlook, with "old school" imagination. Nothing like developing what you need instead of waiting for the mass marketplace...

    Chatterbox XBi2 - Partial Review

I also use the XBi in conjunction with the iCombi bluetooth. I returned the unit twice to get a setup that worked. I could talk with passenger, or listen to the radio, but not both. The returned unit allowed me to listen to the passenger, but no radio. I was ready to give up on...

    Spyder Recall!

I didn't sense a program issue, I felt physical resistance. Even more than that, it locked for split second while coming out of a sweeping turn. Can't wait to hear from my dealer.

Riding boots / Heat issue with SpyderCity floorboard

My solution is tough to picture...and even worse when I took a picture of it...here goes. The inside of the cowl, there's a scoop. With a flashlight, you can see that there's plenty of room around the scoop for air to travel past the scoop, along the engine, out towards your legs. Walmart...

Flipped it. In need of cosmetic repairs

Zodiac...glad you're OK. Offramps can come at you quickly. My only interstate motorcycle wreck was on an offramp in Monteray California going to the Superbike races...offramp came quick, road was wet. Some offramps though, are fun to attack!

    Upshifting without Cluth

On flat ground, normal get up and go, I rarely use the clutch to up shift. It took a relatively short time to find the sweet spot at each level. I always use the clutch down shifting.

Hard to see $245.00 worth of product here

I was considering the sway bar as the "reasonable" upgrade for what I do. I normally plan on packing my trailer and heading for a good time. Although I'll take an interstate, I prefer well paved alternate routes. This last weekend I went camping during a rain storm, and do to the actions of...

    Nitrogen in Tires

I think NASCAR uses nitrogen as opposed to air because the expansion of "pure" nitrogen is an exact science. Air is a mixture and therefore can't be calculated as closely. If I need nitrogen in my Spyder tires, I'm making money riding it professionally somewhere. I'm just saying....
