• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Bleeding/flushing brake fluid.

Thank you for the inputs. I’ve been looking at bottle with one way valve so I can insert the hose, open and pump without needing help but hose below with one way valve may be the solution. Speed bleeder pretty much utilizes same idea, one way valve and it’s a permanent fix. What size do I...

    Bleeding/flushing brake fluid.

So I’m about to take on my first bleeding of brake fluid on 15 RS. From what I gathered so far I need one-man kit or vacuum canister to do it by myself. I’m leaning toward one-man kit bottle with one way valve so I can attach the hose to bleeding nipple and pump the brake pedal without help...

    40w LED headlights

No, h7 itself has no locking mechanism and vehicle manufacturers have their own clips. Led has much bigger housing so stock clip won’t fit but beamtech knows which factory clip I have now and they are sending the “correct”(hopefully) clip so we shall see. I will post once I receive the new clip.

    40w LED headlights

I wanted fanless LED and beamtech was pretty much the only choice but adapter or the clip they sent isn’t gonna work. I’m still working with them to get the right one and they sent a pic of a clip that’s identical to the stock asking if that’s the one I have so I’m hopeful.

    40w LED headlights

I wanted to replace my headlight/fog with fanless led and all I found were 40w kit. I know that RS lights are 30watts but do you think extra 10w will create too much heat??? Thank you in advance.

2012 RSS SE5 Battery Replacement Help?

Cheap replacement from Walmart is working fine. I have it on battery tender now because I only ride once a week on short ride but even before it wasn’t on it, never failed after 10-15 days without a ride.

    pulling freedom trailer with Rs

??? So hitch with long bolt installs without removing axle nut? So the hole on each side is large enough for axle nuts to sit in it or the bracket on each side just go over it? That will be a big plus!

JT’s air intake on 15 RS

Has anyone with post 2012 RS bought his air intake? I think engine is the same but my 15 RS has different air box than my old 09 and was wondering if jt’s air intake would still fit.

    pulling freedom trailer with Rs

Thank you both. I think I will go with USA trailer shops hitch for less and free ball if it’s all the same and hope that ball is the right size. I can make my own harness if I know which plug to get, I guess. Tapping into marker/brake lights isn’t hard.

    pulling freedom trailer with Rs

2015 RS. It looks like choices are show chrome and USA trailer shop for hitches. Trailer shop’s is cheaper, $170 and comes with 1 7/8” ball(don’t know if that’s the right size for freedom trailer) and show chrome is $230-ish without the ball. I don’t know how much difference there are between...

    taking airbox off on RS

I was talking about hex head bolt holding the top part of the airbox. older ones came off with just the clips undone but newer ones have bolts holding it down.

    taking airbox off on RS

I was trying to show the size of low profile rachet. I will have to go out find a right size socket and see if I can slide underneath it. I was hoping someone who have taken the newer airbox off would chime in. I need to know what size socket I would need or if that needs to come off to begin...

    taking airbox off on RS
