• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Our New RV Is Being Built...

Bob, check out buggies unlimited for GC goodies. Mine had a 6" lift with mag rims. Chrome bumper and other chrome accents. Was planning on a stereo, but a Bluetooth speaker was easier and cheaper.

    Home invasion story

The only reason a CCW wouldn't have helped her in this case, is because she was in Canada visiting. IF she could have had a CCW, and have had some training, this would have ended much differently.

    A firearms question

Looking for something for the wife. She has carpel tunnel in both wrist. Right one is worse. Docs are 50/50 weather surgery will help, so she's waiting till she can't handle the pain any longer. The 9mm Kimber solo is too much for her. Thinking a .22 is her best bet. Want her to be able to...

    Gorilla lift. Tailgate assist lift???

Got my new gate finished. I could lift the new gate, but it was definitely a struggle. Installed the gorilla lift system, and I can now lower and lift the gate with one hand. Next is to see how long the plastic rollers and thinner cables last. As they wear, I'll replace them with better...

    Truck/trailer winch wiring question.

I've got a extra deep cell battery that I'm thinking of adding to a trailer tounge box along with the winch and add a solar trickle charger to keep the battery charged. I'll cut a window out of the tounge box for the winch cable. This will keep the winch covered and out of the elements.

    Truck/trailer winch wiring question.

Thanks everyone. That's what I thought, but wanted to make sure. Figured it couldn't be that easy.

    Truck/trailer winch wiring question.

Thinking of adding a 2500lb winch onto the front of my trailer to aid in loading mowers that are having issues. My question is, will the 12v "charge" or power wire in my 7 way truckside plug run the winch? Basically I would wire up a 7 way male end to the winch lead, and plug it into the truck...

    Gorilla lift. Tailgate assist lift???

My biggest mistake would be Lifting/lowering a 300 lb gate several times a day. That would be a recipe for disaster. I get enough exercise just doing lawn care all day. I'm sure I'll make other mistakes to make up for not making this one.

    Gorilla lift. Tailgate assist lift???

I had a $25 gift card for Tractor supply plus a 15% off email, so I picked one up today. I should be finished building the new gate in a day or two, so I'll install the lift assist then.

    Gorilla lift. Tailgate assist lift???

As some of you know, I do lawn Care/property management. I go through landscape trailers fairly quickly. My current trailer is only 5 yrs old, and the gate is ready for it's 3rd rehab. I decided to rebuild the gate instead of buying another trailer. The current gate is made of 16 gage...
