• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    I use my phone (drioid) for maps and music, so the G4 will sync up with that and play both in Stereo. The Q2 from what I understand (and small tests) is stereo for anything plugged in and the radio, like an MP3 player.

    They are pretty easy to take on and off, after you do it once or twice you will figure out the best way. The only issue, is if you strap the velcro too tight, it makes it harder for the seat to close.

    They are Stingerz I think NMN has them too (http://www.customdynamics.com/stingerz_led_accent_lights.htm) I have them under the body too, and will eventually put more on. I had another rider come up behind me and tell me how much he really liked them because they were very visible.

    I have the NR CL-1000's and I like them, but you cant put a helmet in there (well, maybe a half helmet). When my wife and I go away for the weekend, she put's her stuff in the saddle bags and I put my bag up front.

    I too live in MD, and it wouldn't keep me from getting them. I like them, but there are a ton of other things I am trying to right now. I do have green LED's which are legal, and I couldnt see getting pulled over for the Glo-Ryders.

    I use turbo tax online, and it was pretty easy...step through process. How much did you pay for said motorcycle, how much was tax, then it did the calculations.

    12 Volt outlet in the trunk - what do you use it for?

    I too have mine on the dash. If my phone needs charging, I put it in the trunk and just have the phone charger reaching in there. I also use it for GPS or to charge the scala rider or ipod.

    Okay...I gotta decide on a color this weekend. I think im going to get all of the panels painted (both the silver and the black) for about $1400. The really pearl white would be like $1800 and I dont think even the new 2010's are really that pearl. I'm thinking -all flat black -all flat white...

    Yes, the white at the motorcycle show was pearl white, although im not sure how "many coats of pearl" they used. It has some pearl to it, but not like the Cadillac pearl white. I dont know now, I can get the phantom kit for like $800 something...although its only a few panels.
