• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Found Helmets cheaper in Germany; delivered to Arizona in 3 days!

This on the NHTSA site, which agrees with JamesLaz: While all motorcycle helmets sold in the United States are required to meet the federal standard and have the DOT certification label, there are online and brick-and-mortar retailers who sell what are known as “novelty helmets” that do not meet...

Has anyone with a '21+ Spyder got a Baja Ron anti sway bar? Worth it?

I had the sway bar on my 2014 RTL. I upgraded to a 2022 RTL in April of 2023 and do not need the sway bar, she holds the road like glue.

Anyone have a link to Full Warranty? Does cold weather riding void warranty?

I ride all year round and have never had a warranty issue (I've only had to use the warranty about 4 times over 12 years on 3 different year RT's). I was never asked "Did you ride in cold weather?"

Leaving Key in the ignition when home, any electrical problems with the Spyder?

Wouldn't it reboot when you remove the key and leave the trike while having a meal or shopping? When parked in my garage, I leave the key in the ignition. I've been doing it since July of 2012 with no problems.

Cooling Fans blowing air forwards when stopped - I never knew....

Due to many complaints by riders of the intense heat blowing on your right leg, BRP made the change to the 2014 model year with the inception of the 1330 engine. My 2012 RTL had so much heat blowing on my right leg while at a stop that I had to move my leg out of the air flow. It also caused...

What do you do to Secure your RT 622 At Hotels?

I've used a 622 trailer since 2012 and take 3 to 4 trips a year where I need the extra storage. I use a hitch lock, park it as close to the entrance as possible, I don't expect hotel personnel to watch it (not their responsibility) and don't worry about it. Haven't had an issue in 11 years...

    I test rode a 2023 today!

Yes, you can rest your hands as others described. I have arthritis in both hands and put foam covers (Spyderpops) on both grips for more cushioning and use a cramp buster (Cycle Gear) on the throttle. I positioned the cramp buster so I can accelerate by just using my right hand thumb and not...

How do you secure your Helmets when leaving your bike?

By myself or on a ride with my bride into the frunk and saddlebag they go. If on a trip and compartments are loaded, I use lidlox but put the helmet or helmets in the bag that it came with to prevent anything from dropping into it or them.

New product for a little security - Jump Starter/Air Compressor combo

With all the problems documented on this site regarding a low battery, why would you take a chance on getting stranded, even if you are not on a long trip? I had no problems with my battery on my 2014 RTL but changed it at 6 years old just for peace of mind.
