• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Will using the Position #3 brake rod in Position #4 lower the brake pedal?

Yes I saw the disclaimer and was surprised by it. Whether you have pegs or floorboards shouldn't make any difference. I would call Lamonster Garage next week and clarify.

Oil Change Nightmare - tool broke off in the plug; is there a hardened wrench?

Golf I don't understand why you say left to loosen won't work. I have changed my oil many times on my F3 and both plugs loosen to the left and tighten to the right.

Any FAQ or threads detailing F3S seat Removal? Advice?

Remove the passenger seat first. Then you will see two torx bolts or hex bolts on the bottom rear of the rider seat. Remove those and then you can slide the seat back and off.

Shouldn’t your friend request the BRP factory to ship the switch, wiring harness and pax grips to your dealer and install at no charge? Seems to me those items were paid for when your friend bought the Spyder.

Hello group - Here is my new to me 2011 RT!

With a Spyder with that low mileage and 12 years old I would contact a dealer with the VIN to see what maintenance and/or recalls have been done. If original 12 year old tires I would change them. Also consider coolant, brake fluid and oil changes. Check age of battery, too. Go over it with...
