• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    We have had ZERO issues installing the Yokohama 175/55R15 on bikes of all years 2014 to current with all 4 fender types. Physical dimensions of different brands in the same nominal size run different.

    Replacing it is not difficult but the part is not cheap. remove the tire/wheel and remove a couple screws from inside the fender and it comes right out.

    No gamble at all. We have installed nearly 100 sets of these tires on all 4 fender types. THEY DO NOT RUB. Fit perfectly. No modification required.

    There was nothing wrong with the bike. Spyders only downshift when required due to lower than minimum RPM, but ITS NOT AUTOMATIC for normal driving range. Only when stopping. You need to shift up and down for proper RPM as you drive.

    We much prefer the Yokohama AVID in 175/55R15. Fits all 4 fender types without rubbing and is simply a great tire. Smooth, great traction wet and dry, quiet, well made and MADE IN USA and VERY long life. Usually well over 50k miles.

    Some. Hope you do not need an instrument cluster or a throttle body. For brakes and suspension, you are lucky as you have the newer systems that the RT got the same year. The older RSS bikes are not so lucky and parts are no longer available.

    I tried the Canyon and found the riding position very uncomfortable compared to my F3. Legs folded under me for many hours on the road would be unbearable. Then there is the top heavy and very tall riding position, even higher than an RT which takes all the fun out of curvy roads. No thanks...

    Its not 10 yrs for parts. Its the older 998 engine bikes that do not have parts available. Parts for a 2014 RT are just as available as for a 2019 as they are the same bike. Same holds true for a 2015 F3.

    Its a connector that has a dummy plug in it to keep out dirt and water. You would need a plug in harness to use it. I have one on order from a vendor I cannot recommend, but they are out there.

    F3 Limited is an entirely different bike and a windscreen for one of them does not fit an F3S. They do not have one that does. Madstad does not make a windshield for the 24 and up F3S. Neither does Lamonster Garage.
