• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

To Mikey, I understand where you are coming from, and many times what you said is how it goes, but let me tell you where I am with this. (Recap) I contacted BRP and they told me I would have to use a dealer, so I reached out to a dealer who did not have the parts I was looking for, but they also...

Thank you, and yes, they are. I had researched this through a couple of Can-Am OEM parts suppliers and found that kit but at a ridiculously higher price with a very vague description. The price on the order list you sent is much more reasonable. I have been in touch with BRP, I was politely told...

I checked with the Tennessee FI service company, talked with Keith. He is very knowledgeable and assured me he could service what I had. So, I am going to concentrate more on finding or making the fuel rail gaskets. I also sent a plea to BRP, I hope they will offer some help for this as well...

To @racoon, I thank you greatly for your time and effort. I am still going to try a non removal F-I cleaning but thinking about how long they have set, I believe they will have to be rebuilt or replaced. Thank you for giving me places to contact, and I would not hesitate to pull the injectors...

I had checked the plugs a while back and they were dry and not fouled at the time, but I have done other things since, so I will check them again to see if that has changed. Another problem I am up against with the injectors, I would like to pull the fuel rail and the injectors, but even if the...

I do not want to upset anyone with a possible repeat, but I have researched this all over the web and I am not finding what I need to get this Spyder running. I bought this new and it has had the recall power steering unit changed, right after I got it. Then I drove it home and parked it in a...

Fuel injector fuel rail disassembly - anyone know if the gaskets between fuel rail sections can be used repeatedly?

Thank you for your reply. I was finding what you said in the onsite research. I guess I just needed to hear it from somebody else that this was a reality. I will go forward with a cleaner idea of where they stand. I'm an old dude but a good mechanic and I agree 100%, in this world of aluminum I...

Fuel injector fuel rail disassembly - anyone know if the gaskets between fuel rail sections can be used repeatedly?

I am working on a 2010 Spyder RS SE5 with very low miles on it. It has been stored in a controlled environment, all fluids have been replaced, new battery, and one leaky fuel line connector at the fuel pump. I need to clean the fuel injectors. It appears I must remove a part of the fuel rail on...
