• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Location of ECU on 2015 RT

Left side of the engine as you are sitting on it. If you take off the first tupperware piece in front of your shin you'll see the plugs on the bottom of the ECM. Removing that cover gave me access to the horn on my RT. Sorry no pictures.

Marbles and sand in the 1330....

I agree that the 1330 is noisy compared to other engines. I didn't think mine was overly noisy when I got it. After looking around on here and on the internet I found that it's just the nature of 3 cylinder engines. You would think that balancing a 3 cylinder would be easy but because of...

    Would this hurt??

If you are using a module from brp then the brake and turn signal are together on the same wire. If you have dual tail lights on each side, one for turn and one for brake, and they are LED you should be able to wire them together. PM me if I'm too vague on this.

Marbles and sand in the 1330....

I apologize for trying to bring a little levity to a subject that has been bothering a few on this forum. That would be the noises that come from the 1330 while it is running. I did not feel that my light ribbing was out of place since this matter was brought up before. But someone else did...

The latest MSF study of motorcycle crashes

Paul, you have got some very good points there. When I had the motorcycle safety course they taught us to look 3, 6 and 12 seconds out in front of us. This gives the rider time to prepare for things they are going to encounter & things they might encounter while traveling. Of course the 12...

Vin number problems on my Spyder

Yup, got my spyder in september last year & my insurance said it was a 998. I told them it was a 1330 & that they came out in 2014. They said their records needed updated. I should give them a call to make sure it's listed correctly.
