• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Brp deflectors Are very good. T hey are black, molded to fit the contours of the bike. Great leg protection in cool to cold weather. I have a madstad windshield and don't have much of a problem with exhaust. I smell some at times , but to me ,the protection is worth it.

    Probably yes Most people don't need a controller when just changing the exhaust. If you do a free flowing intake,along with the exhaust , you most likely WILL need one.

    Two good choices You can't go wrong with either one. I've heard the HMF in person, I like it. I have a yoshi on my bike, not a spyder specific yoshi, but I like it too. I'm guessing the HMF is less money? Tough call for sure.

    Plasti dip Try some plasti dip. I comes in all kinds of wild colors these days, and is cheap and easy to do. I've had mine on for a year and a half and it still looks decent. I did my silver panels in black.

    Good Sam I switched to Good Sam a few months ago ,as our AAA coverage was about to expire. All cars and Spyder in the fam are covered for about half of what AAA was charging. Have not had to use it yet. Don't know what that will be like, but from what has been said here, it should be good.

    Did not know that Side by side , it's obvious they roll out of the same factory. I bought a bad boy three years ago at HF for 35 bucks. It plays a loud kind of high pitched chord. Sounds like two trumpets. It's been great. I did use the relay that came with it.
