• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    There is no reason why a battery should fail if only a year old. Has the battery been on a tender when not in use? If not you should invest in one. I have a 2017 that I keep on a tender when not riding and the battery was still good when I changed it out this summer. I only changed mine...

    I think he is referring to the saddlebag handles that you pull on to open the saddle bags. I think I have heard about those breaking on quite a few of the newer RT's

    Most riding mower lifts I have seen, use the front wheels to raise the mower. In theory a mower lift might work if you can extended the lift point on the lift wide enough to match the Spyder wheels spacing. If that can be done successfully then I'd be careful of not damaging the rear splash...

    I rode my first Spyder in 2013 a 2012 RTS. I rode it home from the dealer which was about 35 miles from home. Never had any problems on the ride home.
