• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

Who Out There Has Gotten The Replacement Sprocket?

Looks like I will be waiting for quite a while After getting my second letter, I called my local Spyder dealer. The service manager gave me a date of June 22. Looks like some areas have more of a supply issue than others.

HowTo: Make flag mounting system for RTs (cheap)

I will preface this with an explanation as to where I got the original idea. I attended a SpyderFever Rally in Council Bluffs, Iowa a few years back. ChicoFowler put flags on the ryder leaders using colored flags, a fiberglass rod, part of a leather belt, and a cable tie holder and small...

    Thank you to Peter Aawen

I have an issue of posting pictures in PMs. Peter stepped in last Friday and tried to solve the issue with suggestions, questions and in the end said that he would bump it up to AnthonyG the Admin of Spyderlovers. Peter went the extra mile to help me.

Gas strut for trunk on the RT

I have added a second trunk strut on my Spyder, and it opens very nicely and stays open. I believe that if you can safely leave the trunk open while in storage (no mice or varmint around) the strut will be in the relaxed position rather then the compressed position it will last a lot longer...

How long did your first front sprocket last ??

I did not realize that there is a limit of 10 items on a poll. This makes it difficult to have an option for no replacement and have a poll for both RT and F3. Oh well this poll is a good start. THANKS.
