• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

What just happened? Two weeks old: Engine shut down, VSS Error.

If it’s a new Spyder, you could possibly void your warranty. Do not modify! Take it back and let them fix it.

2016 RTS Right front tire wobble/shakes - any thoughts?

Get rid of the balance beads and find a shop that does road force balance. I found that balance beads and already balanced wheels made it worse too. Make sure the hubs are good and the lugs torqued properly.

2020 RTL with a VERY loud speaker, static only, no music- anyone else? Any troubleshooting advice? Ideas for better access to speakers?

Try pulling the fuse if it happens again versus taking apart the speaker area. Might be less hassle. Check the connections at the receiver and make sure they are not corroded or water penetration

Any Chicago area dealers who will mount car tire?

Try a Harley shop too. Just don’t tell them it’s a car tire. Or call around to car shop and see if they can Handle a rear tire change. Fronts I have to bring in my cone to change the fronts. Some don’t have a cone small enough to fit the center of the wheel.

Tires... again - any feedback on Kumho Rear, Kenda Kanine Fronts?

Maybe or 13 k. You won’t get much more out of them either. Heavier the bike the faster they wear. I seem numbers all over the board.

Just need confirmation before I use my tools ! Air compressor bypass.

Or get aftermarket shocks and there no need for the air compressor. I got the M2 shocks and they hold up the rear end fine. Compressor has not turned on yet since they been installed.

1330cc My motorcycle temperature is too hot.

If you think a can am is hot go jump on a Harley. Your right legs will cook it self just sitting on the bike. I found the Spyder way cooler. On hot days it may get warmer but way more comfortable. You may also want to try air deflectors.
