• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

2024 F3S - is a grip change possible? Or am I stuck with OEM?

I put a bunch of miles on a couple of DR650s back in the day, and changed out the grips on each bike. Those had the factory grip fused to the throttle tube too, as if they'd somehow been dipped in the rubber. It was a tedious job, but it just amounted to cutting and peeling the rubber off, a...

Any comparisons on Ryder Passenger Comfort Seat vs Ryker Sport style seats?

Woops, now I see you were asking about passenger seats. I'm a bit late with a reply, but my '22 Sport had the all foam squishy seat that I couldn't tolerate. I bought the Comfort seat and have been much happier. It ain't great, but much better in my opinion. Good luck, let us know what you...

Anyone seen/heard of Ryker handlebars to lower hand height?

Hey there possum59, welcome to the forum! Upside down should be doable, but there may be a nubbin inside the switch housing you'll need to snip off, unless you want to drill a hole in the bar. Without the nubbin you may need to wrap a couple of rounds of tape on the bar to keep the switch...

Has anyone seen or have info on this electric Ryker shifter mod?

I followed the BLR Tuning video and moved the factory shifter a couple of notches on the splines so that it's positioned back toward me, made all the difference in the world, wish I'd done it day one. Sarah

Curious if anyone with Std Ryker has tried it on Gravel FS Roads?

Sure! I had lots of questions too, you might take a look at my old thread: https://www.spyderlovers.com/forums/showthread.php?152076-How-can-I-make-a-900-more-Rally-like I rode my bike up through the Yukon and into Alaska last year, I couldn't begin to count the miles of gravel, some of it...

Curious if anyone with Std Ryker has tried it on Gravel FS Roads?

Avbiz, I followed the recommendations of the folks here and swapped to 400 mm front shocks on my '22 Sport. Went from 5 1/2" clearance at the nose to 6 15/16". I've been on miles and miles of gravel, one particular road disintegrated into a rough and rocky trail. I took my time and picked my...

What do you think of the 'New for 2025 - Spyder Canyon'?

Currently there's a big discussion on one of the FB groups about loading the Spyder on a trailer without scraping anything, and what's apt to be damaged if you do. Canyon riders shouldn't have to worry about that. Sarah

What do you think of the 'New for 2025 - Spyder Canyon'?

I'm looking forward to a review from a street rider. If it handles like a barge in the curves, Can-Am can keep it. Sarah
