• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

G'day from Down Under - what to look for in a high milage Spyder?

Hopefully, it's good & has good tires/new brake pads & full tank of gas. (tyres/petrol). Get a signed copy of said service work completed by certified BRP technician. Unfortunately, as pricy as BRP parts are, with an average $120+ an hour plus labor rates, it doesn’t take long to hit $3k...

09 Spyder GS lost key - is it possible to program new keys to the Spyder?

Unfortunately nothing can do without least one working (programmed ) key (as far as I know). Without a working key, you would have to replace the DESS. A couple of things can interfere with the chip in these keys: another chip key within range of the antenna at the ignition - first one read...

Another rider needed a jump start, which got me thinking... Here's my better way!

8G wire or better I hope, the SAE connection rated 80A minimum as well. There are few alternatives, usually just a remote positive terminal & a clean area to clamp ground to frame. '13 ST had remote post OEM - under the frunk lid but above the storage tub, opposite side to the BUDS access just...

    Mad Ramps for hauling Spyder

Seen pictures but do NOT recommend. Maybe if absolutely no other way & removed windshield. Maybe but there are soo many other options available. What ever decide & attempt please also do not cover as the cover flutter in wind will scuff paint/plastic anywhere where it touches.

Anyone tried a Ramp for the rear wheel to make adding air easier?

especially good for spoke rims like on two wheels -also good idea spare cap on end protect threads when not in use. **Same on other extensions, also less parts to dig Through**

Anyone tried a Ramp for the rear wheel to make adding air easier?

Yes can back up on a ramp & front end will be ok. ( standard car ramp that is). Might ease on your back, still a pain with valve stem & drive sprocket. I like to carry stem extensions. Harley also has one, been mentioned here before. Just lil easier for clamp on air chuck, lot easier for...
