• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Exhaust

I currently have the Two Brothers Exhaust w/P1 adapter installed. I find that it is too loud for my taste. Rather than go back to the stock pipe, what is a good alternative pipe? Not looking for obnoxious loud like I have with the TBR pipe. Would rather have something with some sound but more on...

    looking for most comfortable grips

Grip Puppies On every bike that I've owned in the recent past (10-15 yrs) has had Kuryakyn ISO grips. I love 'em! That being said, with the Spyder I decided to give an under $10 solution a try and so far they're I like them just fine. They're called Grip Puppies which is a foam sleve that...

    BRP survey

I received the exact same survey about 10 days ago. Pretty cool I thought. Had a similar survey back in '99 when I was one of the first to buy a New Gen Yamaha Venture.

    My neighbors hate me now...

TBR P1 Just ordered the P1 Power Tip. Hopefully it'll tame the TBR V.A.L.E. at least a little. If not, I'll try to live with it or put the stocker back on for a month or so until I can afford something a little less Harley-like.:doorag::joke:

    ECM Reset issues?

Are you talking about the sensor that is connected to the passenger portion of the Corbin seat? or is there another? I did have the passenger portion removed along with having the sensor unplugged but I checked it and it appears to be secure. I'll double check it though. What about the Icon on...

    ECM Reset issues?

I just buttened the Spyder and I'm in the middle of the ECM reset prodedure. I just let it run untouched for 15 minutes. Now it's in the middle of the 15 minute rest sequence. When running, "Seat Switch Defective" kept scrolling on the screen also I think it's the VSS Icon but it looks like a...

    My neighbors hate me now...

Earlier this week I installed a Two Brothers exhaust and damn is this thing loud! Even at idle it rumbles. After the install the bike wouldn't idle smoothly and the idle speed surged. It also seemed to idle faster than normal. Today I am installing the Battery Tender pig tail and currently have...

    Corbin Seat Install

I have a question about the shock absorber thingy... Is it really needed? My Corbin seat came with a prop type doo-dad with a rubber bumper attached to the bottom that is used to prop the seat up. It folds out of the way when not in use. Does everyone have this? I assume so...

    Riser/barback other than NMN???

KewlMetal Bars I recenly ordered a bunch of goodies from KewlMetal including 7" bars, plain black center consol, Peg mounts and Widow pegs, and mirror extensions. I also ordered a Throttlemeister but since the inside diameter of the KewlMetal handlebars are different than stock, .675 vs what...

Whos highway foot rest are the best?

Highway Pegs From the NMN site in the installation instructions: NOTE: These footrests are NOT made to sustain the rider’s full weight. You should NEVER stand on these units as this will cause the frame support to bend and/or break, resulting in damage to your Spyder and/or personal injury or...
