• There were many reasons for the change of the site software, the biggest was security. The age of the old software also meant no server updates for certain programs. There are many benefits to the new software, one of the biggest is the mobile functionality. Ill fix up some stuff in the coming days, we'll also try to get some of the old addons back or the data imported back into the site like the garage. To create a thread or to reply with a post is basically the same as it was in the prior software. The default style of the site is light colored, but i temporarily added a darker colored style, to change you can find a link at the bottom of the site.

    Ultimate vs Corbin

I don't post much, but i will put my 2 cents worth on this one. Over the years I have had Russell seats on every bike I have owned.....since 1998. The Spyder RT-L seat is the 10th one, and I would not trade it for anything else. Terry and the crew at Russell are great. I have shipped in 2 seats...

Can we have a reasonable discussion about this?

It is ironic to see this thread. I am in Redding, CA getting a Day-Long seat put on the RT. A gentleman stopped me and asked if a hand brake could be put on a Spyder. He was an amputee, and would like to ride. He had lost his right leg. Nice to know it is possible so handicapped folks could...

Take a look at www.earinc.com I have had them make several sets of ear plugs for me......both wired and not. They work and fit great. You go to your local audiologist, and have them make the molds. Then send them to Ear Inc. and they will make anything you want. A question that was...

Spyders in the Redwoods Roll Call

Need windshield cut on aftermarket fairing

Mostly scratching. I did not tape all the wayndown, just where the saw foot was going to ride. After the cut, I pulled the tape. You have to be able see the edge when finishing.

Need windshield cut on aftermarket fairing

It is very easy to do.........time consuming though. You have to be very careful. I have cut several windshields down......mounted on the bike. Tape off both sides of the windshield with masking tape. Draw the cut line. I use a Bosch jigsaw with a fine blade. Make the cut, and smooth down with a...
